I stayed in my car while these guys put two jacks under my jeep popped off my tires and I was in and out in probably 20 minutes if that. I was expecting to pay well over $100 and it ended up to be $20 per tire, which to me is a great price. Going forward I will take any tire issue or new tire installment to these guys. I didn't have the money to begin with and have now overdrafted to pay for something I was not expecting, especially since I wasn't told prior to them taking them off. My most recent visit was especially great: I brought my sons's car in, and LTP was able to help him obtain an E-check waiver. LTP noticed that the Left Rear Control Arm was failing. When Rich called to inform me, I chose to put it off. While they do take reservations/scheduled appointments, they serve all customers on a first come, first served basis. I had to wait for the team to finish serving a walk-in just before my appointment. I'd absolutely return to Westown Tire Bros, but I'd plan to be there as soon as they open instead of scheduling a midday appointment.

The owner Mike said he couldn't do anything about it, and also refused to give us the title to the truck saying that he no longer owned the business. As I drove from the parking garage to the circle to pick her up to go home, my front right tire went flat. We called roadside assistance through our insurance agency, and Cameron came to the rescue. My vehicle was a bit of a conundrum, as one lug on each of the front wheels is rounded, rather than beveled (as normal). He was able to plug the tire, and we made the 60 mile drive home safely. Can't thank him enough for being such a professional.
