I was selling my car within a couple of weeks and no one was available to schedule me. I got in with this garage for just the interior and received a well-cleaned vehicle. I try my best to keep my car clean but it looked when I got it from the lot. Took about 3 hours and even found my lost credit card. I would use them for interiors again. First time using this auto body shop , home currently on leave . Had my 2012 f150 xlt super crew , ceramic coated, detailed interior & exterior with dent removal & paint correction & window tint . Had driver & passenger door tint matched to back doors to flow with my tinted cap , & a 6 Inch tint brow for my front windshield. Everything came out excellent. Nip & tuck went above expectations . they are very thorough & walked over the vehicle with me along with the areas I had concern prior & also on pickup we walked over the truck again for the areas they prioritized during the time it was being worked on. Well worth the price I paid. Highly recommend to any active duty service members & prior service. Let them take care of you & get your car looking awesome. read more

One of the most surreal experiences I've had. Bought a car from auction that had some mold in it. Took it to nip tuck and they fit me in 2 days later. They picked up the car and finished it same day. The work they did on it was pretty good. The only thing that was that weird with it was a film on the glass that fogs it up until the glass becomes warm. If this review was simply based on the work I would have given it 4 stars. During the day that they were working on the car I called twice to give them a credit card. No one picked up. No big deal. When they called to tell me the car was finished I again tried to give them a credit card. They said they had to invoice it to me via email before taking payment. Again, no big deal. They shortly after sent over an invoice that night. The next day I forgot my phone at home. When I came home I saw that I had 9 missed phone calls and several texts from the owner of the company, telling me they were putting a lien on my car for non payment. They weren't willing to take my payment when I called before and It literally hadn't been a day. When I wrote back and expressed that perhaps they should not threaten customers after less than a day he wrote back and said that they 'get after' customers to make sure they receive payment. I took my corvette in to get it buffed and they just washed it and shined the tires. Too bad I paid before looking at it & left a $10 tip! I showed the area's that they didn't even make an attempt because the fade, scratches and caked wax was still there, so I went home and did it MYSELFT, you can imagine my frustration, so I complained, and they said they'd redo the whole care, but I had to set up an appointment, I called 4 times-no reply, I drove there and found the assis mgr outside and he took my # and said he'd get back to me- never did, so 4 weeks later, a Yelp complaint. 1 star too much! read more

Loyal customer over 15 years. New management change. Was always impressed with their quality workmanship. But this time it was terrible. Picked up car and they forgot to buff out the wax. Had to wait for them to rebuff entire car. Inside white leather seats the dye came out of the leather. Now I need to find someone new to completely go over the interior and fix what they did. I can't understand the bad reviews. After having a terrible customer service experience at a car detailing place in Strongsville , my husband called nip tuck and was able to get our car in a week later for an interior detailing. I have to say our 2017 suv was GROSS! Between me, a coffee drinker and a toddler our seats were stained and it was just an embarrassing disaster. My husband picked up the car and I could not believe how immaculate the inside looked. The stains were gone and smelled amazing. The young lady (forgot her name , sorry!) was very sweet and answered all my questions with fair pricing. Definitely a statisfied customer ! read more

I brought my new car here to get the windows tinted. I wanted it to be a little darker then legal. I did said legal. I paid $250. The person who did it did a very good clean job. Other then he was smoking his JUUL in my car and it was left stuck to my car i noticed later. Very gross. I called a few days later to say id like the windows slightly darker. My husband and i both said there wasn't a difference at all. He said id have to pay the whole amount again. Its interesting to me being self employed. If i told my clients who aren't happy that id fix it but you'll have to repay me the whole amount again, i wouldn't have any clients. This is very disappointing. Stopped by so they could look at my car as I had a white mark on the quarter panel from the garage frame. I wanted to make sure it could be buffed out and look good. Ed inspected the mark and overall quality of the car. He quoted me a fair price and scheduled an appointment. I received a call from Ed that my car was ready. I walked in their detail shop and was blown away with the work. My car, inside and out, looked brand new. They reviewed their work with me to make sure I was satisfied - which I was for sure. I am so happy with the work they did on my car. The inside was full of pet hair and mud and who knows what else! I am a clean freak so I was anticipating there would some residue left. My car was to have the chrome polished and the interior cleaned. I was told the car was hand washed but there were spots of polish on the paint so I'm guessing they washed it first. There were also grease and smudge marks that didn't come off when washed. But I was able to wipe them off with a rag. I wasn't charged for the chrome polishing since it was not polishing well. That was appreciated. However the door jams were full of pine needles and a few acorns. The ashtray was not cleaned nor the glove box. I assumed the carpet and interior was to be steam cleaned. But it doesn't appear to be and I can see loose dirt in places. I called and was told Amanda ( who is very pleasant ) would return my call to discuss the issue. I was told to bring the car back and they would make it right. And I have no doubt they would. But I went there once to have it worked on. I shouldn't have to bring it back nor do I have the time.
