Everything from engine replacement on my Park Avenue 14 year ago to new tires for my Taurus last week. They have been ahead of the curve on keeping me behind the wheel and my cars running smoothly. Question: When's the last time any of us saw a Five Star rating on mechanics! Answer: Just now!

Most of them have worked in this shop for over 15 years....some of them more than 25. They know what they are doing. Sales - Good (See end of review) Finance - Bad (Scam alert)…read more INTEREST SCAM ALERT - People, check the BANK OF AMERICA site for their current auto loan rates before going into this dealership. BOA is consistently among the lowest and a good base-point to use. After running my credit and knowing by buying power (both very strong), I was provided a rate (6.99) that was nearly TWO full points over what BOA was advertising. I inquired with Alex Moore (finance manager) and was told "The rate and payments I sent over are from bank of America. The 5.04 rate on their website is advertised rates as low as. There is a lot that goes into what rate the bank gives you. Examples money down, amount finance, etc." That quote is in writing via text and complete BS. I inquired with BOA directly and applied for a loan, and was instantly approved for the full amount to be financed and their advertised rate. I CALLED BOA to ask why the dealer rate was so high, and was told THE DEALER SHOULD BE SEEING THE SAME RATE that I was approved for on their side, but they were likely adding onto it to receive more money for the dealership. I called out this and was given a rate that was still 1/2 a point higher than BOA. I said I would use BOA and was told they don't accept outside financing ... which is because the dealership is making ridiculous money off customers on the financing side by selecting rates with higher kick-backs to the dealership. THIS SHOULD BE CRIMINAL! Sales side - Good experience. Michelle worked diligently to make sure the vehicle I selected was quickly outfitted with the accessories I wanted to add on. I flew in from out of state and she made sure the final sales portion was quick; I was in and out in 30 minutes, which was wonderful.

They were great on the phone and during check in at about 10:30 AM. They told me it might be an afternoon of waiting. They said they don't accept out-of-state credit unions, which I mentioned is where I'm financing . I've financed with my CU plenty of times and in Ohio, and on vehicles, and transferred money,I let them know not a problem! i can transfer the money - PNC, citizens? What bank do you prefer it's not an issue I'll still get you the money in the 24 to 48 hours. And I'll pay you right now to hold it. Chrissy or Christy who I was dealing with kept telling me they don't accept Credit Union money from out of state. And I kept explaining, it's not an issue of their concern where or how I'm financing, the check or wire transfer they will receive can come from another bank. So what bank they want it from? And she kept telling me it doesn't matter they won't take my money. I was adamant that that made no sense! I could get them the money however they wanted it and would pay right now to hold it. And I was literally told and I quote ; you can either finance with us or you can find a car in Michigan or Pennsylvania or wherever it is you're from, but we aren't accepting your money. I left a message for the GM and then, despite the red flags, I had put time into this , my credit union was already working on it so i texted her to please send me a bill of sale - I want the car I have the funding you'll have it within 48 hours and I'll provide money down to hold it right now. She got back to me a few hours later and said no I'm not doing that and we have a lot of interest in the vehicle so it is no longer available to you. WHAT?! what a bad reflection of the dealer group and Hyundai.
