I took my car to Excalibur due to a small accident. They did an amazing job, even fixing hidden damage I wasn't aware of. The outside of the car looks like a new car. (Too bad there wasn't an accident-related reason to clean my messy inside.) The repair took much longer than I expected, but I had a rental car the whole time. The people were great. Work is good but communication is horrible. Say they will call later in day and they never do! Just a hassle to get input on your car, though when they do reach you they are polite. Just poor customer service. read more

Towing service is extremely rude and does not have good customer service very unprofessional does not communicate when there is an issue passes their job off to others when they are unable to complete it and doesn't let you know that they cancel orders if the orders canceled for a reason. Sent here by my insurance company (GEICO) for self-inflicted front-end damage, and also by the insurance company of a driver who rear-ended me on a separate event, same day. Excalibur staff helped coordinate seamlessly the communication and repairs for me with both insurance claims, and also with Enterprise car rental.....they sent a representative there with a BMW for me, I was happy I didn't have to go to a separate location to deal with the loaner paperwork. Easy. Convenient. Everyone was helpful and friendly and made this stressful experience a lot easier than I thought it would be. Quick quotes, quick thorough repairs, and I was pleased to find that they had detailed my Lexus, inside and out, before I arrived to pick up my car. Car was taken in for collision work via Geico. Missed impact damage to wheel necessitating a return with alignment. When we took it to dealer two days later for oil change and rotation; dealer found it to still be out. Won't ever let Geico send me their for their fun package ever again. read more

Took our 2014 Audi for auto body repair. Lousy repair, lousy customer service, even owner, Mitch Rudolf lied to us about repair. Allstate insurance recommended them but surprise, they get discount on repairs!! Allstate told us Audi Of Mentor did not have body shop. Big lie!! They share Honda next door body shop. Ended up going there, finding out hood should have been replaced. Owner told us the repair by his company was perfect. Audi replaced hood. You could see the contour of the hood was incorrect. Don't go to this body shop. read more

Sent here by my insurance company. Had to replace the front bumper, despite the damage not being related to the front bumper. The paint is the worst quality paint I have ever seen and is now riddled with chips after just two months. And the work took almost twice as long to complete as was originally quoted.
