I went inside for the first time today to make a tobacco purchase and the cashier I had directed me to the coupon girl by the door so I could get a discount. After I retrieved a coupon and returned to the cashier, she was having an issue using the coupon. The manager, Jason, came out from the back to open another register, and when the cashier attempted to ask him for help, he interrupted her by aggressively telling the customers behind me to come to his register (they didn't hear him the first time, so I guess that was enough cause to be a dick). He then attended to the cashier's inquiry and instead of simply helping her, he began to berate her for not knowing how to factor in the coupon and for also using a calculator. He added, "It's just like the fifteen coupons you did yesterday. Same thing." I was very tempted to tell him that making her feel stupid in front of customers only made him look like a pompous asshole, but I decided to avoid getting in an argument with someone so small-minded who had already shown his lack of care toward customers. I kind of regret not ripping him to shreds because that poor girl who probably hates her job enough without dealing with such a prick could have probably benefitted from someone standing up for her. If I see him acting that way again upon my next visit, I will most probably not hold my tongue and let him have it.

I have never seen staff stand around doing nothing, and chatting with their buddies. When you get their attention when you're ready to check out they have such a shity attitude. They act like I'm bothering them, and they don't want to work. I have been late to work a few times since they would make me wait while at the cash register ready to check out. When I would say something they'd snap at me. The two managers there are the worst. The male is a fat guy with a really small head, and no neck is disrespectful. He looks oddly shaped. The female who has glasses, blond hair, and is fat is very nasty. This last visit I want off on both of these managers for how I've been treated all other times. When I finally had enough I decided to walk out. Before walking out all the items I had I took and slammed onto the floor causing a huge mess so they had to clean it up. I know I was right, but that was the last straw. Honestly people need to stop going to this shell. It needs to be shut down so they have to get new jobs. They have a 24 hour Made-to-go counter with all of the fast food items you can dream of. The store was clean and service was friendly enough. I got an 8 piece chicken nugget with cajun jack spice rub and an order of fries with the voodoo seasoning spice rub. Both rubs were excellent! Voodoo chips are my fave and I was delighted to see that the seasoning was spot on. My food only took about 10 minutes during which time I fueled up on gas. Happy to know I can get my chicken nugget fix when I need it without major attitude or broken machines which tends to happen at other nearby spots

She answered," what's the order." I told her my name. She literally threw my bag on the counter and walked away. I couldn't read her name tag as she walked away so fast.
