Have you had your fill of my humour yet?…read more This little gas station in Ohio is one of the first you come to after entering the state from PA on I-90, but it's significantly higher (as much as 25 cents) in price than the stations around Cleveland and Akron, so that's why it has such a low rating. Plus it's sometimes hard to get in and out of, and it's pretty small. Which is what she said. I've been told by Terry that the truck stop is across the street.

It's awkward to get to from the highway. But the bigger issue is that it's a zoo. A lot of Costcos are crowded, but this one is worse than most. Like all Costco gas stations, don't worry about what side you pull up on because the hoses are long and stretch to the far side of the car. While it's not my favorite Costco, it's still the cheapest place to get gas in the area.

So expect to wait at least twenty minutes minimum every time you go to refuel unless you go ten minutes before closing, like I just did. But here's the kicker. Now I have to give massive kudos to this awesome Lakewood gas station which is not only shiny and new but has free air for anybody. That's one of the coolest things I've ever heard. Nobody gives free air - these guys do. It was a godsend on this particular night, as I had a slow leak. I was impressed and happy about it. So this was where I ended up changing my tire and it took about three hours (1am-4am) and other than an Ashton Kutcher look alike who popped in to put free air in his tire there was never a point where anybody bothered me or hit me up for anything - so it's definitely in a safe area. I think I saw more cops out here than regular cars. The tire changing was a nightmare, but the gas station was awesome. It's well-lit even when it's closed. I guess that's my only complaint is that they close late at night - but other than that it's the perfect gas station.
