Terrible experience with this company! Contacted my insurance company to set up a tow. I received a…read moremessage stating the tow truck will arrive at 11:21pm. I received an alert at at 11:18pm stating tow truck had arrived. I go outside to see if I see the tow truck it is nowhere in sight. I stood outside by my car I happen to look over next door to where I was parked, and the tow truck was in the next parking lot over on the other end from where I was parked. He comes out of the parking lot doing 65-70 mph I'm yelling and waving for him to stop and he keeps going. By this time I'm on the call with Kuffner to let them know what happened. I get some rude dispatch person or manager telling me he tried calling me several times and the driver tried calling me and I kept answering and hanging up. Why would I do that and I need my car to be towed?? Come to find out, they had the wrong phone number. I had to submit another request becuz within 2 minutes they cancelled my tow. I had to wait another hour and a half 2 hours for another tow truck. I didn't get home until after 1am. I will be submitting a formal complaint to the company. I do not appreciate being talked to the way this person talked to me as if this entire situation was my fault. Clearly someone made an error and it was not for him as a professional and rep of the company to behave/communicate in the manner that he did. This person was sooo rude, nasty, and veryyyy unprofessional. On top of that, the alerts I received stated the second tow truck would arrive at 12:28am, but did not arrive until 12:45-12:50am. What GREAT service from start to finish(so to speak). If the actual bodywork matches the service this is the place to go. The estimate was quick, friendly and informative. He explained that under the initial damage may be more once the bumper comes off as I know to be true from my own fender bender. Then to find out that they are owned by two sisters I'm in full support! GIRLS ROCK!
