This company was contracted to tow my vehicle by my HOA on Thursday December 11, 2025. While my…read morevehicle was was parked in a way that it was partially obstructing the sidewalk and I agree the HOA may have been within their rights to try to have it towed. T he tow company dragged my vehicle while it was in park. I was able to get my vehicle released before the tow was completed via a negotiated drop fee. However the driver attempted to charge me a drop fee of $129 originally which according to the OH revised code and the PUCO they can only charge for the tow if the tow is completed and then they offered to reduce the drop fee to $65 after a lot of arguing which $64.50 is the most they would legally be allowed to charge by law. They also told me it would be over $360 if it was towed which also violates the Ohio revised code and PUCO guidelines. They can only charge $129.00 for the tow plus $17.00 per day for storage and $25.00 administrative fee (administrative fee is only in some cases) plus they could potentially charge $150.00 additional, but only if I attempted to retrieve the vehicle after hours. When all was said and done I negotiated a drop fee of $24.00. However, after dragged my vehicle while it was in park now my brake light is on and when I requested their insurance information to file a claim and have their insurance investigate to determine what damage they did to my vehicle they refused to provide their insurance information. This company is a predatory tow company and I will be reaching out to the PUCO to file a formal complaint. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had been a regular customer over the last 30+ years and was satisfied with all previous service…read morehowever that all changed, along with my opinion of this business at my last visit. I took my vehicle in because my exhaust system was no longer quiet and wanted an inspection. I was told my vehicle required 2 new resonators and agreed to have the repair performed, however when I went to pick up my vehicle the SERVICE ENGINE SOON light was NOW on. I called and told them of the problem and was asked to bring it back the following morning which I did. I received a call phone from the business staing18 codes were revealed during the diagnostic, something they should have known prior to calling me the day before saying my vehicle was repaired and was told the service engine soon light was probably due to carbon build up from the welding that was performed and should go away after driving it for a bit. I immediately took my car elsewhere to have a diagnostic performed and it revealed that the oxygen sensor had failed (the technician at Mr. Muffler stated he had cleaned the oxygen sensor but in reality, damaged it). I am disappointed that given the opportunity to demonstrate some degree of integrity they did NOTHING to resolve the issue they created. I then had to take my vehicle in for service at a very reputable service center and have the problem resolved, which is what I should done initially. I surely will not make that mistake again. Having been a long-term customer, I am very, very disappointed.

My car's paint was not as shiny as it was three years ago. The interior was less than clean. I had a paint chip taken out of my rear bumper. There were paint scrapes on both outside mirrors plus a few scuffs on the doors, bumpers, etc. I gave up the car for a day to have it detailed. It now looks like new! My wife's lease runs another year and a half, but we've decided to get it detailed before end of autumn. She deserves to feel comfortable when she's driving to and from work. I recently had to get a new battery and suspected that there wasn't an actual issue with the airbags but this was popping up because of the new battery. Tyler told me to bring it in and he would test it free of charge. Just as I suspected the problem was due to a new battery and he cleared out the codes that were causing the notifications. He was a man of his word and didn't charge me anything. As I said they were extremely helpful and very friendly during the entire process. Found a big piece of metal in our back tire. We were in a pickle because we only have one car and…read moremy husband needed to get to an appointment 60 miles away. It was a Saturday and Franz is only open until noon. They put the car up, and luckily the metal shard had not punctured the tire it was just wedged in the tread. They checked the tire pressure on all four tires and said have a nice day...no charge! We'll be delivering them lunch in the coming week as a big thank you.
