He even popped the hood and diagnosed the issue for us. He offered to fix it himself but didn't have the part in stock. We would have gladly let them repair instead of the shop, but we were leaving the campground that day and needed a quick fix. Gave us a ride to the shop. Very friendly and easy to talk to. This company was contracted to tow my vehicle by my HOA on Thursday December 11, 2025. While my…read morevehicle was was parked in a way that it was partially obstructing the sidewalk and I agree the HOA may have been within their rights to try to have it towed. T he tow company dragged my vehicle while it was in park. I was able to get my vehicle released before the tow was completed via a negotiated drop fee. However the driver attempted to charge me a drop fee of $129 originally which according to the OH revised code and the PUCO they can only charge for the tow if the tow is completed and then they offered to reduce the drop fee to $65 after a lot of arguing which $64.50 is the most they would legally be allowed to charge by law. They also told me it would be over $360 if it was towed which also violates the Ohio revised code and PUCO guidelines. They can only charge $129.00 for the tow plus $17.00 per day for storage and $25.00 administrative fee (administrative fee is only in some cases) plus they could potentially charge $150.00 additional, but only if I attempted to retrieve the vehicle after hours. When all was said and done I negotiated a drop fee of $24.00. However, after dragged my vehicle while it was in park now my brake light is on and when I requested their insurance information to file a claim and have their insurance investigate to determine what damage they did to my vehicle they refused to provide their insurance information. This company is a predatory tow company and I will be reaching out to the PUCO to file a formal complaint. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

He claimed "i did not see her text asking how to pay because another text came in" He then impounded her vehicle and told us we had to pay an additional "non payment fee" All in all, he charged us $120 for towing (although he never took it to where it was meant to go, charged us $120 for impounding it AT HIS GIRLFRIENDS HOUSE (not even an impound lot), then an additional towing fee $200 to take it to the impounding lot after taking it to the police department, then an overnight fee of $40 TOTAL $480 to take us NO WHERE and cause a massive headache for a 20 year old woman that then had to go to the police department once he filled an erroneous police report. Our 20 year old needed a police escort to get her car from this crook. I was not even notified of how much it was going to cost when they took my car away. They had to winch it about 100 feet, saying that was another further reason for the high price.
