We received excellent communication and customer service even on a Sunday afternoon when the shop was closed. But our insurance company Progressive found Josh's company and he was happy to help. It wasn't safe to drive our truck to the repair shop so Josh showed up at our campground and gave us a tow. He even popped the hood and diagnosed the issue for us. He offered to fix it himself but didn't have the part in stock. We would have gladly let them repair instead of the shop, but we were leaving the campground that day and needed a quick fix. Gave us a ride to the shop. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks for helping us get back on the road quickly!

I went out the first exit I found and I parked, googled and Atlas was my nearest, fastest, responsive, and to be honest, only choice. They came and towed my car, took care of it, changed my alternator, and did a great job overall. They took 24 hours in fixing the issue. The people are friendly and knowledgeable, the garage is a bit hidden, but not so hard to find if you pay attention. This is clearly not a chain-like auto service place, but in my experience, nice, decent, respectful hard working men. I will come back again!

He will not just hang cheap parts on your vehicle just to say he fixed it. Very conscientious and will be fair with pricing the job. The owner Mike, has always been quick and reliable but he hasn't been there much recently and they have been short staffed so someone else worked on my truck. They charged me 6 hours of labor and almost 1k to fix my plow for a repair I have proof didn't take the guy 1 hour to fix. It takes Just over 6 hours to fully install a plow with all wiring and mounting. Not to repair a leak. Left the shop and my truck barley start and wheb it did multiple lights were on the dash that were not when I brought it there. Truck died in the middle of the street while driving it home. Ended up putting a battery in and appeared fine. Went to plow with my newly fixed plow and less than an hour into plowing it started leaking fluid all over again. Took it back and they looked at it, supposedly fixed in 10 mins and sent me on my way. Guess what? Plows leaking fluid like crazy again and not working. Called and left 2 messages last week asking if I could bring it back to have them fix it properly and if they could call me back and guess what? No call back yet to this day. 9 days later. When Mike the owner is there, the work is quality and things are completely different. He hasn't been there much recently and when he's not the receptionist and mechanics they do have working do not handle anything professionally or at all for that matter. I run a small business so I don't like to write bad reviews about anyone, but after all these issues, multiple calls and messages with no call backs left me no choice. Do NOT go here, or use this place unless Mike is there and you have a GUARANTEE that Mike the owenr will be the one repairing your issue. Im basically out $1,000 and still at this point do not have a working or operational snowplow.

The quote was 140 higher then the shop but I wouldn't have to pay for tow, so I went for it thinking about convince. He didn't check the fuel pump he just installed it, My car still would not start, when I went outside he said he did not know what the problem was and if he started looking we would have to start a new price on top of charging me the 140$, so I then told him it's ok and to stop, since i saw he was still charging me full price and now saying he would charge me again to look at it. Long story short, he left my car was still not running and charged me full price Come to find out I need a fuel rail which I told him where I saw fluid coming out and he said he didn't see anything and was stomped. And last but not least he put the fuel pump in wrong and I had to have a family mechanic fix it.
