As I drove from the parking garage to the circle to pick her up to go home, my front right tire went flat. We called roadside assistance through our insurance agency, and Cameron came to the rescue. My vehicle was a bit of a conundrum, as one lug on each of the front wheels is rounded, rather than beveled (as normal). He was able to plug the tire, and we made the 60 mile drive home safely. After my daughter connected with this person she then asked how to pay, He did not respond to her…read moretext. he then towed her car and when he reached out for payment after 1 AM she had fallen sleep. He then filed a police report stating she "refused to pay" (NOT TRUE) even though she asked up front how to pay and he did not tell her. He claimed "i did not see her text asking how to pay because another text came in" He then impounded her vehicle and told us we had to pay an additional "non payment fee" All in all, he charged us $120 for towing (although he never took it to where it was meant to go, charged us $120 for impounding it AT HIS GIRLFRIENDS HOUSE (not even an impound lot), then an additional towing fee $200 to take it to the impounding lot after taking it to the police department, then an overnight fee of $40 TOTAL $480 to take us NO WHERE and cause a massive headache for a 20 year old woman that then had to go to the police department once he filled an erroneous police report. Our 20 year old needed a police escort to get her car from this crook. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON HE IS TRYING TO ROB YOU! we then ultimately hired a different company to take our car to the Subaru dealership he was hired to take her to and paid another company to do his job.

I don't have roadside assistance as coverage through my insurance - this was a great option and I only paid a one time fee for the tire change. Better than a monthly payment that's more than what I need to spend when situations like this are rare.
