After I paid, he sent one of his men to tow my car. Even though it was pouring rain outside, they still got my car back home. I felt like a weight was taken off my shoulder. Rate was reasonable and because I had no idea what shop to car to the owner/operator offered me a flat rate to get it to a shop the following week. So happy he kept his word and responded within an hour to take the car to a local shop at the quoted rate, polite, courteous and customer friendly. Last fall I was in a bad accident and my car practically crumbled. There was about $15,000 worth…read moreof damage and Rich's had to rebuild it. My insurance company would not total it. Tony and the mechanics at Rich's did a great job and since it was taking a little longer than planned, they provided a free rental car. When the car was done, it ran perfectly. They said they guaranteed their work and if anything happened to bring it right back in. So a few months later something a bearing or something needed to be replaced and I think something with 'struts'. It had nothing to do with the work Rich's did - it was warranty work. Rich's worked with the Ford dealer, took my car there and got it back in two days. I didn't have to do a thing. Needless to day, the service and expertise there is top notch!
