They told me how long I'd have to wait, and it was correct, which was great. The technician arrived in a clean truck, introduced himself and went to work quickly. A few minutes later the door was unlocked, and there wasn't a mark on it anywhere. He also tested the electronic locks and alarm system to make sure they were working before leaving. No surprises later that were problematic, like pricing. That was what I was quoted over the phone. Loved how calm and professional the whole encounter felt.
