The main issue is that he inputted the wrong amount for my total. Instead of $134, he put $1,430 as the total. I noticed this after I put in my pin and pointed it out. The employee denied that he put in the wrong amount, despite the fact that I could see the error. When my card declined for insufficient funds, he said it must be a WiFi issue. He then restarted the transaction for the correct amount and the card went through no problem. I get that typos happen and I'm not really upset about that part. I'm annoyed that the employee refused to acknowledge the issue and monologued for three straight minutes that he would never do such a thing.

Well hey great for you Bob, but this number is calling me and you should look in to that because if I'm getting these calls, who knows who else is getting them. Rather than listening to me for helpful feedback, he says "look I'm not going to spend my time fixing this." And hangs up. I get it, maybe you're having a horrible day, but you should never treat any client or caller in this manner especially when they're letting you know of a potential problem that could lead to bigger issues from people like me who have no idea why they're getting multiple calls from your business.
