    Door frozen from window down all night at the shop.

    Terrible customer service! dropped my car off at 9am and called back around 4:30pm to find out the car wasn't looked at yet, I asked what going and why hasn't it been looked at, the man told me "I can come get it if I like." Which I thought was very rude when he could of just said they were busy or anything. Then I go to the shop the following day to find out they left my window down overnight night! Door and seat was frozen, and could possibly have some of my belongings stolen! I wouldn recommend anyone go to this place!

    Dan has horrible customer service.

    DO NOT GO HERE! After calling the 800#, then being told to go to the store, Dan at the store would not help me with my warranty claim. Maybe this is how they get out of doing warranty work. I asked for a manager and Dan told me that he didn't know where he was. Not a very well run or managed store. When I returned home I called the 800# back and was transferred to the Warranty dept. Vic answered the phone and was rude to the point, he made feel as if he has something more important to do than process my warranty. Talked to Diane, who told me to drive to the next closest Firestone store, (over an hour away).... Not acceptable. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DO NOT SHOP HERE! ***** UPDATE.... Nate the manager has reached out to me via phone, and offered a solution for my warranty claim. Thank you to Nate and some extra customer friendly service, my issue has been resolved.

    Called this shop to inform them that I had two missed calls from this number. Bob then states he…read moredidn't call me, and is curt and dismissive about it. Well hey great for you Bob, but this number is calling me and you should look in to that because if I'm getting these calls, who knows who else is getting them. Rather than listening to me for helpful feedback, he says "look I'm not going to spend my time fixing this." And hangs up. I get it, maybe you're having a horrible day, but you should never treat any client or caller in this manner especially when they're letting you know of a potential problem that could lead to bigger issues from people like me who have no idea why they're getting multiple calls from your business. Shouldn't you want to fix that instead of dealing with a bigger headache and aggravating people in the process? Horrible customer service, horrible business acumen and an outright miserable person as the first contact for the business. If this is how they handle their operations, I'd steer clear unless you want to risk being treated like you're not worth their time. Posting the screenshot of the missed calls from your business and reporting your phone operations to the BBB. Thanks for your help, Bob. Now carry on with your miserable life.
