However, trusting my community, I went to Simon. And it was the best decision. The pricing is fair. The people are so kind and wonderful. The work is done expertly. My car sounded like a freight train when I brought it in, and I drove away several hours later in complete silence. The service is great as are the people. If you need a mechanic, or even an oil change, this is the place. I would not want to go anywhere else. They are great at explaining what the issues are with your car, the work they plan on doing, and explaining why that work needs to be done. They are transparent. They are honest. This is a good place.

Once I gave Mike the information on the car, I began walking home knowing it would be at minimum an hour or so to fix the issue which according to initial diagnostics, appeared to be a bad starter motor. I was no more than half way home and my phone rings. My car was ready! How could that be? It turned to be a piece of plastic that should have been removed when the battery was installed .... 3 YEARS AGO! I should never have been able to drive the car with that piece of hard plastic on the positive terminal and I've been to mechanics who would have taken advantage of the situation. Not Mike! Talk about honest! He didn't charge me anything even to look at it. I must have some hard working angels. I offered to pay something for his time but he refused. I will be sending every person needing car repairs to Mike's. THANK YOU SO MUCH Mike!! You are a God send!!

My son took the car back and they said there was nothing they could do. I called the company to talk to the owner, Nick Brunner and he said I was a scammer and was extremely rude to me on the phone. I explained that my son had just taken my car in for a brake job and that the handle to the door was broken. He went on to scream at me that the handle was already broken and there was nothing they could do. My son did tell them that part of the handle was broken, but they broke the other part. He refused to listen to me. They said there was nothing they were going to do about the broken handle which they broke. His company is denying any wrongdoing. Additionally, the brake light was still on in his car so the company just disengaged the brake sensor. I would never ever use this company again.
