I figured whole motor sould save me money on labor since it would be just a motor swap. found out later it was just the block he got me, and he wanted me to pay for a new starter and water pump though mine were good. i figured the new motor wasnt the exact one so mine wouldnt match up. sigh wrong again so in short i paid over $1000 more then quoted originally. after all that my had a key fob issue and they ended up reprograming my key for $300 but i found out i could get a new key fob and it programmed from the DEALERSHIP for $180 not $300 to reprogram my old key fob,..... riped again... then my car broke down and found my alternator went bad, something they didnt catch so i ended up having to pay for another tow to them so he put on a used one for free since he has already fleeced me for so much at this point , and of course it whines so it wont last long..... i also just found out my a/c which worked perfect before they got it now has a massive leak at the compressor on the motor which i thought maybe they just didnt recharge system after motor was replaced... not sure if intentional or just stupid ignorance on their part and im afraid to take my car back to them for fear what else they will mess up.. they have now cost me a few thousand more dollars then this should of in rapiars, and tows not to mention i had to walk home after it broke down after being in their shop.... i highly recomend unless its something easy anyon can fix to take your cars someplace else to fix, shermins automotive around the corner from them would be a far better choice.
