Well hey great for you Bob, but this number is calling me and you should look in to that because if I'm getting these calls, who knows who else is getting them. Rather than listening to me for helpful feedback, he says "look I'm not going to spend my time fixing this." And hangs up. I get it, maybe you're having a horrible day, but you should never treat any client or caller in this manner especially when they're letting you know of a potential problem that could lead to bigger issues from people like me who have no idea why they're getting multiple calls from your business. Shouldn't you want to fix that instead of dealing with a bigger headache and aggravating people in the process? Horrible customer service, horrible business acumen and an outright miserable person as the first contact for the business. If this is how they handle their operations, I'd steer clear unless you want to risk being treated like you're not worth their time. After all these years, I still have nothing but great things to say. Dan has always been fair, honest, and genuinely looked out for me as a customer. His son Luke is great as well, along with Marty at the front desk. They're transparent about pricing, explain what actually needs to be done, and I've never felt like they were trying to sell me repairs I didn't need. There have even been times when I brought a vehicle in for something simple, like replacing a headlight bulb, and they didn't charge me for the labor. More importantly, Dan has been willing to tell me when something isn't worth fixing like when a part might make a little noise but is otherwise perfectly fine, and replacing it just to eliminate a squeak wouldn't be worth the money. That kind of honesty is hard to find in this business. After 14 years of taking my vehicles here, I can confidently say Dan is a mechanic you can trust. I'm disappointed. I've been to this repair shop multiple times for both my car and my mother's car…read more I thought they did pretty good work, compared to other places I'd been in the past. However, recently my mothers car hadn't been locking. Mike previously thought it could be the lock actuator causing the issue but we hadn't taken it in to get checked so he wasn't 100% sure. He replaced the lock actuator in one of the doors but this ultimately did not fix the issue. When we took the car back and inquired about the issue not being fixed, he claimed that the behavior the car was displaying was standard, based on manufacturer design. However, the car never displayed these issues in functionality prior to the actuator being broken and subsequently fixed. Long story, short, they claimed to fix the issue without fully fixing it. I gave 3 stars instead of one because I generally haven't had issues in the past and have been pretty satisfied with the work this shop provides. I'd probably still take my car back, simply because it's hard to find good auto service.
