Another shop over-tightened my wheels rendering tire rotation next to impossible. I then brought my Bug to the MasterWorks, and they were able to loosen the nuts and do the rotation. The price was very reasonable, and I was offered a loaner car while my Bug was sitting in the garage overnight. From now on, this is the only shop I am bringing my car to ever. Once I gave Mike the information on the car, I began walking home knowing it would be at minimum an hour or so to fix the issue which according to initial diagnostics, appeared to be a bad starter motor. I was no more than half way home and my phone rings. My car was ready! How could that be? It turned to be a piece of plastic that should have been removed when the battery was installed .... 3 YEARS AGO! I should never have been able to drive the car with that piece of hard plastic on the positive terminal and I've been to mechanics who would have taken advantage of the situation. Not Mike! It's not the layout I'm used to. Input of zip code after payment was also not clear, wasn't labeled. If I was a frequent visitor at this location, it would become second nature. As a first timer, it took me a few minutes to orient. Service: The services at this gas station include gas and car services. No convenience store is attached to this gas station. Personally, I needed assistance with completing a transaction. One of the employees at the gas station helped me. He was super friendly, and patient, quickly helped me with a smile. I was really impressed with this level of service at the gas station. Kudos on great service! Hours: Hours at this store are limited. Look at their hour prior to visiting. The gas station opens and closes early. The gas station is closed on Sunday. I hope to stop at this gas station in the future for gas! When I got there I didn't see my car in the parking lot or in the shop, so of course I'm gonna ask about it. When I asked where my car was the owner was extremely rude. Said he was another shop where the do tire rotations. How the hell am I supposed to know that. Then he said " I said I would call you when it's ready"! I don't mind waiting, and as soon as the car is done I'm heading off to work. the dude is just an asshole for no reason. Don't go here! They also put too much air in my front tires so I had to go to the gas station to deflate them. I highly recommend not giving them your business.
