Once I gave Mike the information on the car, I began walking home knowing it would be at minimum an hour or so to fix the issue which according to initial diagnostics, appeared to be a bad starter motor. I was no more than half way home and my phone rings. My car was ready! How could that be? It turned to be a piece of plastic that should have been removed when the battery was installed .... 3 YEARS AGO! I should never have been able to drive the car with that piece of hard plastic on the positive terminal and I've been to mechanics who would have taken advantage of the situation. Not Mike! The location is in "downtown" Cleveland heights. When we visited, we dropped off our car and waited for a while. When they called us, they let us know that there would be a delay, which I felt was very courteous. The delay ended up being more than expected, and because of that, the manager ended up giving us our oil change for free, which I felt was extremely kind; we weren't hugely inconvenienced by the event, but he really went out of his way to make us feel welcome.
