Bryan's Marathon (Marathon Gas) is centrally located in the Cedar-Lee District of Cleveland Heights. This gas station is highly regarded in the community because the owner is actively donating, helping the local community and the local schools. It's owned by Cleveland Heights native. I finally stopped in during the week. Gas: The gas prices are average. Labeling of prices and gas types was unclear to me. The gas prices aren't right above the gas types. It's not the layout I'm used to. Input of zip code after payment was also not clear, wasn't labeled. If I was a frequent visitor at this location, it would become second nature. As a first timer, it took me a few minutes to orient. Service: The services at this gas station include gas and car services. No convenience store is attached to this gas station. Personally, I needed assistance with completing a transaction. One of the employees at the gas station helped me. He was super friendly, and patient, quickly helped me with a smile. I was really impressed with this level of service at the gas station. Kudos on great service! Hours: Hours at this store are limited. Look at their hour prior to visiting. The gas station opens and closes early. The gas station is closed on Sunday. I hope to stop at this gas station in the future for gas! The owner Bryan is so incredibly helpful and honest-which is hard to find when it comes to car repairs. I can't tell you how many times I have been fed lies by the dealerships and I feel like they target women or anyone with little car knowledge. Bryan himself is actively involved in the community and when solicited offers great advice about your cars needs. I truly appreciate having a place like this in the neighborhood. The gas might be a few cents more than the neighboring station's, but the gas is always quality and they offer full service. Bryan worked on our car off and on for a couple weeks trying to fix a problem that several other shops failed to fix. He was patient with our need to stop and start the work because we are a one-car family and he didn't bill us until he and we were satisfied that he fixed the problem. He immediately got off the highway and had the car towed. It was the first time the car has had any engine problems. He asked around and found Bryan's Marathon. He and I checked Yelp and other sites for ratings. All Bryan's ratings were great. We took the car to Bryan's and the car needed a new sensor that effects the spark and fuel flow. Bryan fixed it promptly and for a very reasonable price. He let me know that he has someone at Case Western and is there frequently. He understands the concerns of out of state parents and that if my son has any future problems with the car to call and he'll stop by (on campus) and have a look at the car. Being in NJ I cannot express how relieved I am to know that the car can be attended to by Bryan's Marathon, an honest and service oriented businessman.
