Still steering wheel wasn't straight and they were only adjusting one part of the suspension which is why it wasn't driving straight. I talked to them again and dropped it off, they tried a third time and lo and behold they didn't get the alignment right AGAIN! The report says there was damage to my vehicle preventing adjustment and other issues that are not apparent with my vehicle, I look under the truck where the adjustments are and there isn't even marks on the bolts where they would have even tried to loosen them. Overall I wouldn't come here to get free air in my tires..... I'm a technician and was here purely because my work doesn't have an alignment machine where I can do my truck. Since we elected to have the front and rear differential fluid changed along with our transfer case fluid change in addition to our 13 Qt oil change (diesel), we spent the time sitting in our car and talking to the team. They are the most "well oiled machine" (pun intended) ever! We were super impressed with the teams communication with one another and we've never had such an awesome experience getting an oil change. Went to Conrad's to get my oil changed.Found out that the last oil change before this one the…read moretechnicians installed the wrong oil.Instead of putting in full synthetic oil the technicians at Firestone which is also at Midway Mall put in semi synthetic oil.Technicians at Conrad's were very helpful and installed the proper synthetic oil,they also advised us to get the brakes done which we did that same day.They gave us an excellent price and had the car ready for pickup 3 hours ahead of when they said it would be ready.Good job Conrad's!!!
