Tim Weeks and his family services our three cars. Our Honda Civic, Kia Forte' & Mazda3 and in the past, our Toyota Corolla & Mitsubishi Lancer. Since coming here when they opened in 2008, Weeks Automotive has been and continues to be fair and honest to us always providing the best neighborhood service and price. We were able to keep our older, higher mileage cars on the road much longer and now servicing our two newer cars at a much lower price than our dealer. If you live in Cleveland Heights, University Heights, South Euclid or any surrounding cities, My family and neighbors highly recommend Tim Weeks and the Weeks Automotive Family for all your vehicle repair and maintenance needs. read more

Tim and his crew are trustworthy and talented mechanics and I hate whenever I have to go anywhere else to service my car! I am happy I was referred to Weeks Automotive a few years ago as they have absolutely made my old car last a long time. Plus, it is a family business! read more

By far the best automotive care in the area. This is a family operation with fair pricing and honest work. I have been going to Weeks automotive for years and I trust them completely. read more

TL;DR: My wife and I have been taking our cars to Weeks for approximately four years, but we'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on due to integrity issues. In June, my wife took her car in for brake issues, and it turned out all 4 brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. When we got the car back, the e-brake indicator light would intermittently flash. We took it back in and were told there were no issues - presumably because the indicator light wasn't flashing when they looked at it. The e-brake indicator light continued to intermittently flash but, having been told everything was fine, we felt safe to continue driving it. Fast forward to the last week of July, we drove the car down to Cincinnati and had the need to use the e-brake. Upon doing so, it locked and wouldn't disengage when we tried to release it. Cue a call to AAA and a tow to a Mazda dealer down there, who charged us $1300 to replace the left and right rear brake calipers and pistons due to caliper damage at the piston work gears. The tech also mentioned it was likely due to the damage that the car hadn't been put into maintenance mode before replacing the brakes. A quick Google search tells me, a layman, that these exact issues occur when the car is not put into maintenance mode before work on the brakes is performed - including both the e-brake engagement issue and the piston work gear damage on the calipers. We called Tim to explain the situation and he refused to hear it: there's no WAY his team could have caused the issue - "would you go back to your doctor and complain if you had previously had a cold, gotten better, and then gotten sick again?" and that's a direct quote. While it's nowhere close to the same thing, I can appreciate that Tim doesn't want to even flirt with the idea of being on the hook for our expenditure - but it's an unfortunate mark against the integrity of this shop that he won't even consider that he or someone from his team might've made an error. We have previously received stellar service from Weeks, and it's unfortunate, but we'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on. read more

Owner Tom Weeks has service our cars for years. One of the most trustworthy & knowledgeable mechanics I have ever dealt with. Trust him so much, we took his recommendation to do a full engine replacement during COVID when we were stuck & vehicle to purchase were incredibly hard to source. I cannot recommend him and Weeks Automotive any stronger. read more

Competent and efficient. I would recommend them. Conveniently located on Warrensville Center and Mayfield.

Very poor customer service so disrespectful and rude to the community especially .wouldn't support them especially if you believe in equality read more

My car was having issues with its engine. The Engine light was on and then there was a noise and some other lights. Weeks sent me back to the dealer with some verification of what was going on and I got a new engine for free. They could have easily charged me and an arm and a leg. I appreciate their ethics! The recommendations from Next Door were right! read more

I'm here at Weeks right now because I trust these guys. When I take my car to Toyota for service, they come back with a list of repairs that my car "needs". I then bring it to Weeks and they tell me what it REALLY needs, and they charge a lot less for it. Plus, who doesn't want to support a family-owned business these days??? read more

A family member suggested I take my car to Weeks Auto. They are friendly, efficient, and affordable. My old car is running great, and my bill has been fair and affordable. read more

My Chrysler Town&Country has engine oil leak. I was recommended by Adam at the Car parts store. Called in to make an appointment. I was noticed that it's oil housing leak shortly after I left the car there. The early next morning, the car is ready for pick up. Everything went smoothly. Great Job! Tim is a nice person to talk with. He knows cars! Staffs in the shop are very friendly as well. This will be my go-to place whenever my cars need to be taken care of. read more

After moving to the west side of Cleveland from the east side, I have found that I miss a couple things; easy museum access, Lakeview cemetery, our choice pizza, various grocers, and Weeks Automative. There is not a mechanic who I would trust more than Weeks Automotive. I love how he is upfront with cost and time. I am finding myself driving from Parma Heights to see him when I have problems with my car. I have tried mechanics on the West side and find myself making the longer trip to see Tim, because it is worth the peace of mind that he brings. read more

extremely friendly staff and mechanics. Tim is great! fast and efficient work and excellent prices!

I have 3 cars and all have been in for a visit with Tim over the past few years. Compliments that easily come to mind are honest, integritous, professional & neighborly. I'll explain the last... I brought in one of the cars once where the muffler shield was partially detached and made a loud banging noise whenever it's driven. It took Tim 5 minutes to fix with a strap. He gave me the keys and said "have a nice day!" Now I'm not saying he'll do this for everyone, but perhaps it's a status you can reach with someone when they know you've put your trust in them and will be back to continue supporting their business. I know I certainly will. read more

They are dishonest and most of all their reviews are fake. They did damage to my car and I had to have it towed to another shop to have what they did fixed. I would give them negative stars if I could. Stay away they will take you for a ride if you don't know about cars, I do and know what they did. read more

Tim fit me in to fix a nail in the tire. I tried all over town but no one could take me until late in the day/leave the car. Tim recognized my "emergency" and fixed it fast. Thank you, Tim. read more

Always friendly and flexible. Very fair prices. We have been going for over 10 years, my Mom even longer. This isn't a fake review (as someone else claimed)! We live in South Euclid and are happy to support this local establishment. Even if we moved, we likely would still travel to bring our vehicles here. read more

Tim Weeks is the real deal! I've been driving since 1973, and have been to many repair shops over the years on the east side. Tim is friendly, prices are reasonable, and the work is outstanding! read more

I don't generally feel compelled to write reviews but Tim is one of the most honest, personable and compassionate mechanics I've had the pleasure in dealing with. Being a student and coming from out of down, car troubles are the last thing I want on my plate but Tim did the most he could in accommodating me. He gives the price upfront and even ate the price of a service that didn't resolve my issue. Those who've heard of this shop has told me nothing but good things about it and I can attest. Neil, his son, was also very helpful. Great, Honest Family Business! read more

Great place with local service, better than any chain auto repair place. Check this place out!

I have been to several mechanics in the area and Tim, in my opinion, is the best. He is fair, honest and timely. If there is some thing he doesn't do, he will send you to someone who does. It's always a pleasure to go into his shop, his sense of humor is an added bonus! read more

Recently, I took my car to Weeks Automotive to have a broken suspension spring replaced. I braced myself to hear the cost, but was relieved instead. Tim and his team provided great service AND at a fair price (we checked the cost of parts online ahead of time). I greatly appreciate that it's a family-run business and I highly recommend them! read more

Weeks automotive service is great! Honest work, good prices, Extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are not a large corporate chain operation so they don't need to share their profits with someone in Texas. Good people, thanks for the many years ( decades ) of keeping our families and neighbors cars on the road!! read more

Tim has been repairing our cars for the last 20 years, through more cars than I care to remember. The number one priority for me when dealing with any kind of service tech is finding someone with integrity. I don't want to be sold un-needed service, and I appreciate being advisd when it's time to stop repairing on a beater. This is a true 5 star business where you will be treated with respect and receive excellent service. read more
