The shop knew exactly what I purchased both when I scheduled and again when I arrived. After the service was completed, they suddenly added an extra $45 in "fees" that were supposed to be included. There was zero mention of any additional cost beforehand only after the work was already done. When I called to question it, the owner was rude and dismissive, hiding behind "fine print" that still does not justify the upcharge or their lack of transparency. This is nothing more than bait-and-switch pricing. If you value honesty and clear pricing, stay far away and take your business elsewhere.
