I then ask him what the process is and timeline, which he follows up again demanding my keys without any explanation. Then he throws the order form back on the counter and gets upset I'm not handing over my keys without being told what to expect, process, or full costs. Brian either seems to have one hell of an ego, be so miserable in his life and wants to take it out on others, or have no communication skills whatsoever...either not someone you want on your front desk! They said you don't have to make an appointment but could if I want to . They said I can have any time right away- at 8:30, 9:00, 9:30 ever half hour etc I told her I would come soon~ just up the street so I said 8:30. I ended up getting there by 8:44 The bitter woman told me because I was 15 mins late I would have to wait a couple hours. I said ok. (Even tho There were no other customers and just a couple of cars one being worked on.) The little one and I walked around the neighborhood had breakfast and went to the store etc we came back almost 5 hours later to "pick up the car". She said " Why are you here?" She looked at me crazy then snapped at me -with hate ..." they didn't do anything! I told you that you would have to wait!" I told her it's almost been 5 hours not two, she then snarled at me that she was the manager so "call corporate." So, I went to Midas on Mayfield just down the street and the staff were polite and courteous. They were fast and charged almost half the price. I think this is my first Yelp but I hope Mr. Tire starts to take a look at the faces they put at the register to speak to customers from now on. They are the faces of the business and should not be angry bitter people. After speaking to friends and family they also had horrible experiences there. I'm telling them to go to Midas.

I'm a Goodyear. I bought the cheap ass tires, but one of my tires gave me a problem before I left the site, I told the girl which tire she checks the opposite tire and still charges me. I have been driving around on said tire now for three years cause all sort of shit issues. the Tire had a pin hole in it. I was not to bust to get it fixed but i did not feel heard.

I'm glad they did. Not only were the people good folks, but the estimate was thorough, the service INCREDIBLY fast, and the work supreme. Between the estimate from that other shop and theirs, I shaved nearly 700 bucks off of the bill, and the new bumper looks amazing. These folks do a lot of autobody and mechanical work, and, if you're unfortunate enough to get your car towed, they're also an impound...so be nice! In any case, the only downsides I could see were that A: they only deal in cash or checks, no credit, which can be difficult for some, and B: they're hard as hell to SEE. The shop has two entrances off of Som Center Road, the first being next to a mailbox that just says "Ken's" (which only accommodates traffic one way,) or another driveway that's further down. However, if you want good service at a good, fair price, talk to these folks. They won't steer you wrong...unless you get impounded, then, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN! ;)

I was told this the day my car was brought here and I was told this when I went up there 3 weeks later when the fee was at nearly 500.00. My insurance company after 42 days gave the ok to start repairs and now kens auto states they will not waive fees even though I was repairing there. The fees were at 845.00 . I had to pay out of pocket- not people of their word.
