The tire was only three months old and I bought a warranty with it, but I bought them from somebody else a major chain. I had to go somewhere and I kept losing air in that tire. The chain could not see me for two days I called Lang and they said come up here. We can do it. We have a guy that only does that. They fixed my tire and I was on my way. Yes, I had to pay for it to be fixed, but at least they cared. That is the difference nowadays in a good business versus one that is not a good business. I grew up in the area and I can tell you in 40 years they have not changed their service or their model of operation.

I was approaching time for an oil change and saw they had a deal through December for a winter health check up (which included an oil and filter change), so I decided to give this place a try. The people on the phone were friendly and setting up an appointment was quick. The service itself was also fast and they let me know that my car was in good shape (except for my tires, which will need to be replaced soon). They even prepped an estimate to give to me at checkout (with no pressure - they just gave it to me and told me what it included and the kind of warranty the tires had with no urging me to make an appointment at the time). They even explained what measure they were using and explained it to me when I asked! Overall very happy!

But didn't deny the wrongdoing when confronted. Tim the shop owner claimed that they did a relearn afterwards. But relearn is not the same as repair! The vacuum leak problem was totally ignored and the smoke test was not done. Tim insisted that I can safely drive with a bad oxygen sensor. Glad I didn't and God Bless AAA tow truck. Another shop corrected what WHAR neglected to do. Never again am I setting my foot in this shop and don't recommend it to anyone. I guess this shop knows how to take advantage of an elderly woman. UPDATE: four months ago (May 2025), this very shop did some work on my car and requested a positive review. I said OK but am unable to post it since I reviewed before and Google won't let me do it again. The shop then sent a link to my phone and I was able to post a positive review from a different gmail address. I am buffled how WHAR even knew my another gmail that I never told them about, and what else they know about me, and how they are going to use this knowledge. Even though they had many vehicles they were working on that day they took me as a walk in and promptly took my car for service. The customer service and car service was excellent and they quickly took care of my oil change in record time! Everyone was friendly, honest and professional, which is so refreshing in my experience with mechanics! I will definitely be returning for maintenance of my car. I'm a Goodyear. I bought the cheap ass tires, but one of my tires gave me a problem before I left the site, I told the girl which tire she checks the opposite tire and still charges me. I have been driving around on said tire now for three years cause all sort of shit issues. the Tire had a pin hole in it. I was not to bust to get it fixed but i did not feel heard.
