Shouldn't you want to fix that instead of dealing with a bigger headache and aggravating people in the process? Horrible customer service, horrible business acumen and an outright miserable person as the first contact for the business. While more costly to replace the rack and pinion, had the pump been initially replaced, it would have not only added to the overall cost, but left me without a vehicle for several days. This is why I appreciate going to a garage that has experience. Zaps got my vehicle in, did the necessary repairs, and I was back on the road in record time. Turns out I had tire choice do some front end repair work not only did they do a shitty job and I…read morehad to have it all redone at my expense another $1600, but I let them do my oil change and they screwed up the oil housing filter with the spring in it, which is now starved my motor from oil which, since I had to get the front end, repaired a second time from a better shop, I am now finding out that because of what they did, they starved my engine for oil and now I have valves ticking all over the place! I would not recommend any of the people that work at that particular tire choice to even change my tire. I will be calling their corporate headquarters in the morning and I will get satisfaction and my engine fixed.
