We received excellent communication and customer service even on a Sunday afternoon when the shop was closed. They were able to get the repair done on Monday when the shop opened and get us back on the road! So grateful to them for their help and support! Would while-heartedly and highly recommend this business!

But our insurance company Progressive found Josh's company and he was happy to help. It wasn't safe to drive our truck to the repair shop so Josh showed up at our campground and gave us a tow. He even popped the hood and diagnosed the issue for us. He offered to fix it himself but didn't have the part in stock. We would have gladly let them repair instead of the shop, but we were leaving the campground that day and needed a quick fix. Gave us a ride to the shop. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks for helping us get back on the road quickly!

This version is optimized for the Google algorithm to ensure it stays near the top. Rating: Title: Beware of Bait-and-Switch Tactics at Genesis of Mentor I had an incredibly frustrating and unethical experience here. I came in for a specific Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle advertised as an exceptional value. After the test drive, I was told it was an "online error," it wasn't CPO, and they wouldn't honor the price. Classic bait-and-switch. They immediately tried to upsell me on a "perfect, like-new" vehicle that was significantly more expensive. Only after pushing for the numbers did I find out this "perfect" car actually had two accidents on record. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager about service loaners, I was told he was "locked inside a vehicle and couldn't get out." Nearly 30 days later, the same "error" listing is still online. They are clearly using false advertising to lure people in. Avoid this dealership if you value transparency and honesty.
