Last week I called and asked if I could bring in our most recent purchase because of warranty question I had regarding a paint defect. This is the first issue I've had in any of my purchases regarding a paint defect. With particular nod to Dave in service, the entire dealership was very friendly and while they resolved my issue and even though I said I've always been pleased with all aspects this time around I felt like they were treating me like a king. For those considering this dealership, the pricing is competitive, the people are amazing, the dealership itself is flawless and in amazingly clean condition. They are " Covid compliant", end it seems there is nothing they won't do to please a customer. I intend on buying more cars from them in the future and would not hesitate to have them service my vehicle, because there is simply no way anybody could treat you better! They provide everything you could ask for in a dealership. I know this is a suspiciously superlative perfect review, but it's only because they deserve it and I feel that strongly about how well they treat me!

Approximately two years later, the engine suffered catastrophic internal failure. Mercedes-Benz diagnosed it as needing a complete engine replacement, estimated at over $23,000. I also obtained an independent evaluation from a European automotive specialist, which found no external cause for the engine failure. I contacted Leikin because they sold me this vehicle as Certified Pre-Owned. I was not initially demanding that they pay the entire repair bill. I asked them to consider goodwill assistance, help me transition into another Mercedes-Benz, or work with me toward another reasonable solution. Leikin responded that because I now live in Oklahoma and they are in Ohio, it would be cost-prohibitive to bring the vehicle back for their own diagnosis, so they were unable to offer any assistance. That was extremely disappointing. I purchased Certified Pre-Owned because I believed it provided additional confidence in both the vehicle and the Mercedes-Benz ownership experience. Facing a complete engine replacement only about two years later is difficult enough. Having the dealership that sold me the vehicle decline to explore any reasonable way to assist made the experience worse. Mercedes-Benz USA, however, has agreed to review my situation for goodwill assistance, which I sincerely appreciate. I cannot say what Leikin knew or did not know about the internal condition of the engine when they sold me the vehicle. I can only speak to what has happened during my ownership and how Leikin responded when I asked for help. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the after-sale customer support I received from Leikin Motor Companies.

"Unbelievably bad service", should be the description of what this shop does. I took my car in to…read morehave two audio amps installed, the guy working there charged more than another shop would have to do the same work but he could get me in sooner than other shops. I left him specific written instructions and details of my equipment that was to be installed, along with my verbal instructions of what I needed done. The installer wired the two amps up and left them unsecured to the car, so they were just sliding around in the car. He also left the wire that turns one of the amps on disconnected. He left a whole lot of copper wire stands all around the amps, as if he were trying to cause a short on purpose in my equipment. He broke a clip that secures the facing around my radio head unit in the dashboard. He left my microphone disconnected from the radio, resulting in people not being able to hear me while using my phone when connected to my radio. He also cut my seat belt harness cable on my driver's seat all the way through very neatly, leaving the heat Shrink plastic around it somewhat in tact to slightly hold it in place. That by itself is going to be at least $150-$250 to have replaced. My advice is to keep your car away from this shop if you value your car. There's a good chance that whatever work you want done will not be done properly, that you'll be overcharged for the work, other equipment in your car will be broken, and you'll be here writing about what horrendous things happened to your car. On a good note, the installer sounded professional and was polite, before he turned into Mayham. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO SHOP.. Oh, almost forgot, there's a dent now in the door area that's visible when the car door is opened, I believe the installer may have mental problems. There are better shops to have your work you need done properly done.
