I knew what was wrong with the GPS as the people at Mentor Kia told me what was wrong, so when I made an appointment to have it repaired there, I told them the problem and said there might be an issue with the warranty company. They charged me $130 for a diagnosis on a problem THEY told me had and then called the warranty company who refused to honor the warranty. I feel I was ripped off for $130. The service advisor said her people do not work for free (which I certainly agree with), but the amount for a 5-minute look at a problem they had already diagnosed was unreasonable. They also knew there might be a problem with the warranty company, yet they did not verify the status before ripping me off for $130. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth about this dealership which had always been great in the past. What makes me madder is that not only did the service advisor refuse to bend on the fee once I realized what was happening is that I contacted the General Manager who did not even bother to respond to my complaints.

When it came to purchasing a new vehicle, I knew this location deserved my business merely based on the way Kevin Robinson, one of their Service Advisor's, took care of my vehicle maintenance needs. My wife and I had the good fortune and opportunity to work with Pat, who provided a great car-buying experience. Although we didn't plan on purchasing a vehicle the day of our visit, we did. We owned a CRV and worked with Pat to determine whether the HRV might be a better option for our current needs. Pat asked questions about what was/was not important to us. He compared and contrasted the models without being overbearing or pushy. Pat was well informed, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He made the whole process stress-free. We bought the vehicle we wanted in the color we wanted without having to sacrifice extra time or money. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention Steve Orosz who handled the financing end. He was professional, fast, fun and friendly. Everyone of the Honda of Mentor experts provided a great Honda experieence. My salesperson move to a different location and since then ive had trouble. Scott (my previous sales guy, great by the way) referred me to someone who would help. The guy was so unhelpful I don't even remember his name, nonetheless I went in told hI'm what I was looking for, what my finances are and what I'm looking to pay, just like when working with Scott for the 3 vehicle I bought with him. This guy had no interest in helping me. I ending up buying my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe from a different dealership ( The whole interaction left a bad taste because this guy didn't even try) nevertheless my service guys are great so I continued to go back. Fast forward to now, working with the finance team to get a refund for gap and extended warranty, Eric was working with me and went out on maternity leave and unfortunately I was left in the hands of Nick in finance. When I tell you he seems like he too in uninterested in helping he makes me feel like I'm bothering him when I have to follow up because he DOES NOT, and then makes excuses. Being busy is fine but treating me like a bother when I follow up is unacceptable. I was expecting my refund today, good thing I followed up because come to find out even though I signed all paperwork almost 2 weeks ago nothing was processed. I called this morning just to verify it was processed because I no longer have faith they will do what they say. I left a message for Nick in finance, we will see if he follows up, because until now he only follows up when I call

She helps me have my car picked up from my home and when they return it is so helpful. I can't ever get my car there without this great service. she sends me a live video showing the mechanic with my car telling me all he did. We drop it off Tuesday after hours so it would be there on time for a Wednesday appointment. Did not get a call all day. When we followed up Thursday we got an excuse that they did not get to us yet. Friday after we called still not ready. My wife drove their and the slack service rep said they would drop it off on Saturday. Saturday the Service Director said they were not bring it out on Saturday because they were not staffed for that. Monday still no delivery..... Same director calls asked me what he can do for me after i left a detailed message with the phone attendant that also blew me off. The entire customer service team at Classic Ford seems to not understand their job..... The Customer works for and pays them to provide crappy service every time no matter how many time you call. Do not deal with them if at all possible.... They SUCK!!!!

Ordinarily your service writers at auto dealerships up here and disappear on a frequent basis and there really is no stability but not this guy. This guy came with the woodwork. We are on Q7 number 2 from Audi of mentor and it's not just the sale that the service after the sale. Every single time this guy just does not fail to exceed all expectations. This particular Audi dealership has customers from as far away as Sandusky Columbus and Erie PA. Why? Aren't there Audi dealers in those cities? Yes but it's the service that you get at Audi of mentor. Shuttle service: they provide a shuttle service where they have a number of retirees that will drive you back and forth if you just need a ride home or they'll come pick your car up and then bring it back after service. What? Most dealerships also do a video where they explain what they found but the tech that worked on my car was particularly detailed and oriented to resolving my issue. Which was also followed up by a phone call and email from Pat. I went to go get it last night he said no don't worry about it we'll just deliver it in the morning and lo and behold at 8:30 in the morning my car showed up. For reference our Q7 was a Audi certified and we get treated like royalty at this place. Guarantee you we are going to go back.

They said it would be 4-5 hours for the service. We TRIED to call them at 5:30pm and only got their voice message machine. We again called them the following morning, only to leave a voice message. When we finally got a call back (10:30am), they said they will call back at 1:00pm, and here itis 2:30 and still NO CALL BACK. Terrible service dept.
