    BMW owner here. Tried to order BMW OEM Cargo mat from their parts department and they decided to cancel my order without any notice when I was specifically waiting for them. I ordered a rear cargo mat and the shipping was $34. They said that they did not charge me enough and just canceled it and did not bother to call me or ask me if I would like to re-order or pay the difference. This is not what a BMW dealership should represent or a BMW parts department should show as customer service. Even wrote the general manager did not even get a reply Skip this dealership and go anywhere else they don't do the BMW name justice.

    Great experience! My salesman was Brian & he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We did not intend to buy a new car when we walked into the dealership but instead walked out with the car if my dreams!

I ended up paying $500 for an ignition switch replacement. I was already annoyed because I felt like they couldn't care less about my business. When I was paying they kept trying to get me to sign up for a credit card and then when I expressed my discontent with their lack of payment options they tried to make me feel OK about spending $500+ on an ignition switch by telling me that my keys are probably too heavy, which wears down on the ignition over time. I don't doubt that this could be a problem for some people, but my keys aren't very heavy and I drive less than 20 miles per week (for the last 4 years) and it sort of felt like they were saying "don't be upset at us for the high prices, it was your fault that this part is broken after all". I'm giving this a 2 star rating based on Yelps explanation of 2 stars: "Meh. I've experienced better." I won't be going back.

I took it back to the original dealership the same day. They looked at it and stated, "We didn't even have to change the light bulb. It must be the cold weather." Ok, fine. It went out again and instead of going back to the west side of Cleveland, I made an appt. here as they are a certified dealership. 3 hours later, I'm out $92 (half of the cost of labor, etc.) because a light bulb was out and "is not covered by warranty". So essentially, we had to pay $92 because a light bulb was "out". Well, that's odd because the guy at the dealership previously said, "We didn't even have to change the light bulb." Hmmm. I'm not going to outright accuse them of shady practices as I can't prove anything. What I do know is that next time I have an issue with my car (aside from huge issues like engine, transmission, etc.), I will be going else where. Oh, I will say something positive - I got a courtesy car wash. Yay.
