Just a note about our Classic MINI experience on Saturday…read more Outstanding...start to finish! I appreciated the whole staff's responsiveness and attention to detail...without any of the "normal" hassle you unfortunately go through when buying a car. It was an absolute pleasure from the get-go. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was by far the smoothest and most professional experience I've ever had...hands down. Couldn't be happier!

I will not be getting my BMW serviced at this location again…read more My mother and I had been customers here for years, and since her passing, I've continued bringing the cars here for service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was horrible and left me feeling scammed. I was initially quoted $1,100 for new fuel pumps after having an issue pumping gas. I approved the repair, but after waiting two weeks, I received the car back with the same issue. I was not given a follow-up appointment or a plan to resolve it. When I brought the car back myself, I was told the original service was incomplete and the vehicle should not have been returned to me. I was then quoted for another part. After explaining the situation to the service manager, Dave, he agreed to waive the labor and discount the part because of the inconvenience. However, I later discovered that the dealership was charging over $60 more for the exact same part than other nearby BMW locations in Solon and Westlake. When I tried to speak with Dave again, I was told he was at lunch. I said I would wait, but instead of speaking with me, he sent a message through my service representative saying he would not make any further adjustments. I ultimately had to speak with the general manager, Mike, who adjusted the price to match the neighboring BMW locations. Notably, Mike had the decency of addressing me as a customer instead of sending a representative during his lunch break like service manager, Dave. Even after that, the 10% discount I had been promised was not honored, and I was charged the full price for the replacement part. To make matters worse, my front plate was removed while the vehicle was being apparently being washed, and a discontinued BMW emblem from the plate was missing when I received the car back. I was told they could provide a replacement, but it would not be the same emblem. I would assume someone stole it given that no one could provide me a conclusive answer as to what happened (pictures attached). After years of being a customer, this experience left me feeling extremely disappointed and taken advantage of. I will not be returning to this location for service or sales and would recommend anyone else looking elsewhere. The service department is not worth the hassle.

It's been well over a month at this point and no updates on parts, but have got plenty of solicitations/texts on signing up for their discounted plan/services. I drive a fleet/company vehicle which they know and have no use of whatever they're offering. They said my steering wheel control buttons and backup camera were bad and needed replaced and that they "re-flashed" my shifter button. I don't know what they were talking about but none of it needed replaced. Firestone fixed a loose battery cable issue that was causing the shifter issue and Reddit help me fix re-seating the camera harness that fixed the back up camera and steering buttons. Haven't had any issues since Firestone fixed the main battery issue. No call back, no updates, spammy texts, and saying I needed parts I didn't...No, I don't recommend taking a vehicle here.

Now my Truck was involved in a accident where it was totaled and to close out my financing account the finance company needs to get a hold of the dealership. They've been trying to get a hold of them for 45 days. Leave voice messages and emails. I have called the dealership numerous times talk with the operator, letting her know needed to talk to the finance person in charge. They always tell me they'll call you back but they don't. I've called and left numerous messages with the sales manager. They don't call me back. Meanwhile I am without a vehicle until the dealership gets a hold of my financial bank and gives them what the warranty payout is. They have to be the worst dealership in Lake County. I've never had to go through something like this before.

I'm truly saddened, and I really, really hope it was just oversight due to being busy. So..we took…read moreour Subie in for an oil change. I left with a three page document listing photos and "suggestions" for repairs. A couple were deemed "critical". The total was $3k plus. I was bewildered. I grew up a tomboy (as well as spent two decades with a Honda and Subaru gear head). I know enough about vehicles to not tolerate being taken for a fool at an auto shop or car dealership. The front brakes did need done (rotors and pads and not complete assembly as stated by the dealership). We took the car to Walt's Service in Highland Heights, and they did a fantastic job (OEM parts) -at 20% below dealership quoted price. The mechanic thoroughly cleaned the calipers, etc front & rear for us, stating rear rotors and pads had at least six months wear remaining (the car hasn't been driven much over 40k miles in 7.5 years ). Now, the much larger repair quoted as being critical by the dealership pretty equated to major front suspension work. Thousands of dollars worth! How? As we baby the car and it's almost 7 years old with 41k miles?! So we looked around.. My better half asked around for Subaru repair shop recommendations. God bless his coworkers who recommended Subie Solutions. Sam (the owner/mechanic) spoke with me and *gasp* did NOT proceed to mansplain. So refreshing to speak with a male auto shop owner here in NE Ohio who treats females respectfully and as peers when discussing repairs. We dropped it off, and guess what? The repair was literally 14% of the total given by the dealership. The car runs great now, and I can't be happier. Needless to say, Sam and Subie Solutions has made life long customers of myself and my partner. Absolutely recommend for fellow Subaru owners. Now, what the dealership DOES do at a fair price is convenient and done with good customer service: oil changes. I will continue to get them done there, as they have a stellar customer waiting area that is also dog friendly.

I took it back to the original dealership the same day. They looked at it and stated, "We didn't even have to change the light bulb. It must be the cold weather." Ok, fine. It went out again and instead of going back to the west side of Cleveland, I made an appt. here as they are a certified dealership. 3 hours later, I'm out $92 (half of the cost of labor, etc.) because a light bulb was out and "is not covered by warranty". So essentially, we had to pay $92 because a light bulb was "out". Well, that's odd because the guy at the dealership previously said, "We didn't even have to change the light bulb." Hmmm. I'm not going to outright accuse them of shady practices as I can't prove anything. What I do know is that next time I have an issue with my car (aside from huge issues like engine, transmission, etc.), I will be going else where. Oh, I will say something positive - I got a courtesy car wash. Yay.
