I went to Tire Choice based on the recommendation of a relative who's a mechanic. I came with a…read morevery specific, very concerning problem with my 18 year old Ford Escape. It could have cost thousands of dollars to repair a vehicle worth $300 according to Kelly Blue Book, despite having 4 new tires this year. So, why the 5 star review? Rather than diagnosing a problem that would cost $$$ to repair, the technician Ryan took a look at my car from a big picture perspective and told me something garages aren't supposed to tell customers if they care about being profitable. He told me I shouldn't spend any money on my car. He told me the rear end is rusted out (hatchback and a rear door don't open), the rear springs and coils are likely rusted out and I already knew a special lift is required to lift my car because a standard one would punch holes in my car due to rust. I don't own my car any more. It's not what I envisioned happening, but it had to. And I can't thank Ryan and his manager Dan enough for being straight up with me and telling me the car was unsafe to drive. I wouldn't hesitate to return here for future needs.

I've been going to this tire choice for years and always gotten great service. Not anymore. I used the website to choose new tires and book an appointment. The man who greeted me for my appointment was anything but friendly. He was curt and cut me off when I tried to ask a question. After getting my answer by being persistent, I left the car only to get a phone call that the tires I ordered didn't fit my car. The website said they did, and of course the new ones cost more. I had planned on about $550. It was almost $900. Then I drove my car with the new overpriced tires and the tire pressure sensor came on. Took it to the local 10 minute oil change to check the pressure - fully filled. Must be a sensor. Called and said the sensors broken and was told to bring it back. When I took it in, the man told me they'd fix it, but it's gonna be awhile. When I asked how long, the man got mad at me as if I wasn't there because they broke it. I just wanted to know whether I should wait, have a ride come get me, or plan another day! I waited and the man all but threw my key at me and said your cars done. Thanks for fixing what you broke, jerk! Seriously. I know these people are mechanics but can't they take one class on customer service??
