The service manager, Alex, offered a free oil change for the trouble after I asked to speak with him, but when I returned for my next visit, they did not honor it. During that same visit, my car was with them for over 5 hours just for them to tell me a thermostat I needed for a check engine light was backordered for months, which didn't fix the problem and left me wondering what took them 5 hours. To make matters worse, I sat in the waiting area for an hour watching what I thought was my car parked outside before anyone told me it was ready, further adding to my frustration once I realized it was my car. After being told for almost three months the part was still unavailable, I called another local Mazda dealer who had the part in stock and fixed it the next day under warranty. Between the poor communication and the lack of follow-through, I cannot recommend this service department. While my primary issues are with Service, my experience with Sales (specifically Nick) was equally disappointing. After expressing interest in a vehicle, I received no follow-up, further cementing my decision to move on from this location. I do want to highlight that Jaz and Corey have consistently been professional, friendly, and efficient. They are clearly assets to the team, and I appreciated their help despite the systemic issues within the department.

With all the snow and having to drive to work, it was a stressful day. On the way to work, I spun…read moreout and hit a snow bank. Tow truck was able to get me out, but my check engine light was on. Drove to work, put in my 10 hour shift and drove home, still check engine. I dropped my car off at Firehawk Automotive. They said the would take a look at it to make sure nothing was damaged. Turns out there was snow blocking up the sensor, once it thawed, sensor was fine. No charge, absolutely amazing! Tow truck was expensive (another company), but I was grateful it was available and arrived quickly. Firehawk got me in quickly and gave me the assurance my car was fine (very important with a new baby!) and no charge! I am extremely thankful for them. I think I found a new auto repair place!
