We went in on a whim to look at a Jeep my husband had his eye on for a few weeks. We took the Jeep for a test drive with Jesse Sheilds. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Once we got back we saw another car we liked and Jessie quickly got them and we test drove the car. Again he was very knowledgeable and managed to get the price and trade in on our lease to the " Magic number" and at a great rate!! I opted for the power shield for the beautiful shimmering white color to keep it great looking. Jesse arranged to pick up my car the next business day and brought it back to me. There were a few touch ups on the paint that need to be taken care of he took it to the classic body shop, they have to special order the color and will again arrange to have this taken care of for me. We needed to be out in an hour so my husband could get to work, and the Classic team did just that!! I even got a tutorial on my new car from Jesse! My husband and I could not be more appreciative. What a fantastic employee. read more

About 6 months ago we purchased a new RV trailer. Although our SUV is "technically" capable of towing it, a little wind or inclement weather made the driving experience extremely stressful. I have worked with Gregg Pike at Classic Ford/Lincoln in the past. He is very easy to work with and a total professional. During our most recent camping trip (after another uncomfortable drive), I emailed him and asked him to come up with a better tow vehicle. He promptly sent me the window sticker along with a quote for an F250 Power Stroke. We returned home on a Friday, and easily finalized the deal on a beautiful new truck the following Monday morning. Once again, I am completely satisfied. I received a very fair deal and the transaction was completed quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend Gregg if you are in the market for a new Ford or Lincoln product. read more

I purchased a car from Classic Ford Mentor over the past 2 weeks and was not satisfied with the car's quality. Ford has a 14day/ 1000 mile return policy on it's certified pre-owned cars- and I decided to return the vehicle for a refund, expexting they would give me a hard time. To my surprise, Classic Ford Mentor completely provided a full refund- and even tried to locate a vehicle more to my liking. While I did not end up finding another vehicle - and I am not suggesting everyone should return vehicles purchased!- I cannot commend the sales staff strongly enough: salesman Ryan Clark and his colleagues were respectful, courteous and professional during the entire process and the dealership clearly is reputable and honors its company policies. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Classic Ford Mentor to anyone seeking a Ford in Northeast Ohio read more

I purchased a Ford Edge from Jesse Shields. I can only rate him as excellent. His attitude, politeness, knowledge and professionalism can only be rated as 5 star. Jesse is a definite asset at Classic Ford. Sales Manager Matt Vest and Finance Manager Bob Calkins were also very professional and helpful in explaining all my questions. Over the years I have purchased 1 SUV and 3 F-150 Fords and a Mercury automobile and in each and every occasion it was a pleasurable experience. Definitely I will recommend Classic Ford to all my family and friends. All the sales people that I had came in contact with were very polite and helpful. I also have in the past had service rendered and again a 5 star can only be rated for workmanship and employee attitude towards customers. read more

Prior to visiting this Lincoln dealership, I had done extensive research on-line and knew exactly the bells and whistles I wanted as well as the trade-in value of my current vehicle. Bill Cheraso, the internet sales and leasing manager, provided me with an on-line quote that appeared to be within my price range, so I decided to take a look. When I arrived, Bill turned me over to Julia White, a delightful and knowledgeable sales consultant. A couple of hours later, I became a proud owner of a 2019 Lincoln MKC. What impressed me about this dealership was they were straightforward, respectful, courteous and professional. No B-S and no hustling. In actuality, I actually am paying less than anticipated. Kudos to Bill and Julia. Job well done. Thank you. read more

Terrific experience! I stopped by one hot summer day months ago and took three different models for a test drive with James Litteral. who was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles, options and pricing. No pressure, just helpful! I didn't speak with him again until I walked back in the dealership last week (5 months later) once my wife and I figured out what we wanted to do. The process of finding the right vehicle, discussing options and arriving at a price went very smoothly, again no pressure, just straight answers which made this very easy. After we made the purchase he spent as much time as we wanted showing us special features of the vehicle and answering more questions. Overall, TERRIFIC JOB James, Nicely Done! read more

Took my Ford Escape 2010 in for a recent recall notice. Not only did they fix that recall they noted that the car had a previous recall on the throttle body that was never fixed. I had been to two previous Ford service departments, one in San Diego and AutoNation Ford in Euclid. Neither fixed them but CLASSIC did! I will not go to another Ford dealership as long as Classic is around and that should be for a long time! Ask for Ron Laing for your service consultant and you will be taken care of properly. See my other review about AutoNation Ford in Euclid so you can see I call it as I see it on both sides! read more

I have been coming to Classic Ford since 2011 when I bought my first Ford Edge. The sales and service staff are all very professional and willing to please the customer. I am now on my third Edge and still happy with them. I always feel like they really do care that the customer is satisfied. I really want to thank Kyle Fisher for taking the time to make sure ALL my questions were answered during this most recent lease transaction and that I was satisfied with everything. He took his time with me even though we were well after closing. I never felt rushed. I highly recommend this dealer. read more

A very low pressure dealership! Made for a very pleasant purchasing experience. Our salesman Paul Gayhart went above and beyond in customer service, and truly has all the qualities of a great salesman! From test driving to finishing the actual purchase process only took a couple of hours and was very efficient. My husband and I actually purchased a used vehicle, and can honestly say the prices were quite a bit more reasonable at this dealership. The selection of quality used vehicles was impressive also. Keep up the great work Classic Ford! We wouldn't hesitate to purchase from you again! read more

You guys were wonderful. You guys worked with me to get me a payment that I wanted and a great car. I want to thank James Litteral he was so nice and not pushy like some car salesman can be and you know they are out there. He went up and beyond what I expected him to do. He even helped me clean out my car to get all the stuff in my new car and programmed my phone and code lock for me. So he deserves a raise a nice big one!!!! Also I loved the spilled glass on your desk every time I looked at it I wanted to pick it up. lol Thanks again your team did a great job and I am glad I went to you guys. read more

I couldn't be happier with my service from Classic Ford. Hugh Araps was fantastic to work with. I've bought 2 cars from him in the past 4 months. I told him what I was looking for and he kept looking for me until he found the right car for me. When my free trial of Sirius XM didn't connect, he kept trying until he got it to work. Scott Kidd is also excellent to work with, as well. The whole team, actually. Couldn't be happier and will definitely go back when I have any other car-buying needs! not sure why this says I'm from San Francisco....I'm not...I'm from Mentor, OHIO! read more

We purchased a 2013 Focus on Dec 28. We were very satisfied with the experience. We stopped in on that Thursday & finished the purchase Friday afternoon. Everything went smoothly. I never felt I was being pushed to buy which is an experience I've had with other dealerships. Initial contact was via the internet to Bill Cheraso & we ended up finishing the process with Mike Marotta. Both were very professional. Classic had large selection of vehicles in stock. The price with rebates was very clear and very fair in my opinion. I would recommend them without hesitation. read more

WOW ! Had my eye on a F150 at the Madison dealer for about two weeks. Went to the Mentor showroom and Scott brought the truck down for me to look at. In 45 minutes I was test driving it around Mentor. The next day Scott worked up a great loan from Ford credit. On Wed. I went back to pick up my 2016 Lariat and off I went. Mark did a fantastic job explaining all the buttons, the Sync system and so on. He was even able to Bluetooth my ten year old phone to the truck. Nick and Justin in finance did a great job, too. Great experience...Thank you !! Ray W. Montville,Ohio read more

I went to classic ford needing a new car ASAP! My car transmission broke down and we were in a bind to get a new one. Jake went above and beyond on helping us and keeping us up to date about current situations and inventory. He was there throughout the whole process and kept both my husband and I in the loop on how the process would be and he got me a new Ford Explorer very quickly. He took time out of his day to quickly process the paper work and even stayed past closing hours. He did great and I am thankful for him and the rest of the team that helped us! read more

My wife and I went to Classic Ford and Lincoln and David Dombrosky was fantastic. David helped us look at a few different cars that we had in mind and he answered all our questions with an abundance of information. He was always smiling and happy to help us the whole time, We did buy the 2018 Ford Edge right off the show room floor and we are very very happy with the decision we made and we really can't thank David enough. I mean it thank you David Dombrosky you are hands down a great person and the reason we bought our car. read more

Very professional, honest, efficient dealership. Bill Cheraso, internet sls mgr was fantastic to work with. No BS and went the extra mile to insure that I was a satisfied customer. I loved the fact that NONE of my precious time was wasted and that most of the work was done (for my trade) before I even stepped through the door. The other employees at Classic Ford were courteous friendly and cheerful!! The place is obviously well managed. What a delight to go to a place where customer service is given a high priority! !! read more

This dealership lives up to its name, Classic/Classy. From the time entered into the showroom to the time cinching the deal, Justin and Bill were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We test drove three vehicles and Justin was as enthusiastic on assisting on the third as on the first. Email communication was excellent with providing all the information in the format desired. At the end, all that was required was to do a test drive of the make and model selected and sign the paperwork, Absolutely no surprises. read more

Classic Ford blew away two other major Ford dealers in northeast ohio. They gave me a deal that was incredible. I've had a lot of new Fords over the last 15 years as I do 3 year leases. I have to say that I felt like a kid picking up my new truck. I am so happy it still doesn't see real! They had me out of there so quick. Three different sales team guys helped make the turn in and new vehicle paperwork smooth and fast! Special thanks to Bill Chariso the internet sales manager. That guy made all of this happen! read more

Had a great sales team of Dan Basista and Evan Salsbury. I took test drives in 2 different cars and liked both of them. Dan found the vehicle I wanted, worked out a great price especially with my trade-in. Dan was kind enough and patient enough to explain all the "technical" workings. Cars now have sooooo many features it is hard to remember how each one works, so he strongly recommended that I call him whenever I have questions. I have been a Classic Ford customer for over 13 years and I will go back. read more
