Went a few Saturday's ago with a group of friends, 8 total. We were put in a banquet type room. It wasn't busy. I was the last one to get food & I got there before a few of the others did. Asked specifically for mayo for the burger it took close to 30 minutes to get when everyone was almost finished eating. Brought mustard. Reminded the waitress I had asked for mayo. She was going to bring it right away. Never saw it. People on both sides of me were able to get drink refills. I asked twice. It was like I was invisible. It was my first time there. It was also my last. The waitress did comp my meal but I would've gladly paid for everything I ordered. Even a cup of mayo had she brought it. The guy across from me said "you asked for mayo." We began w/the sample appetizer tray- delicious deviled eggs, tasty cheese curds & perfect fried pickles, the guys devoured the wings! We realllly enjoyed the smoked turkey, brisket, chicken & ribs. I like to give a restaurant at least two try's before reviewing, however I won't be able to get my husband back there I doubt. He got the two meat ribs and brisket. The brisket was super fatty. I got the French dip sandwich and it was good although I have been burping it up for 7 hours now. The chips were very spicy. I'm sure they had some kind of spice on it with peppers even though I told the waiter I was allergic. We told the waiter about the brisket which you have to pay extra for and my husband wouldn't touch it was so gross. He said he would send a manager over and they never came. My husband doesn't like to complain and was like that's okay and I said no it wasn't. My sandwich came with sliced brisket instead of chopped which the service did notice and asked if it was okay and I said no. I don't like sliced brisket. He did fix that, however I asked for cheese on it and it came with the least amount I have ever seen. Overall restaurant is overpriced, meat is hit and miss, up charges for a lot of things, and was very cold in there. Won't be back. read more

Well. It is barbecue I guess. Just not premium barbecue that the price reflects. 14$ plus another 3$ to get fries as a side is pretty steep. Especially when those fries come out so stale they don't seem to even have been under a heat lamp. For how long they had to have been sitting out to be as stale as they were. At 1:30 place was still hopping. Decided to try sliced brisket sandwich hoping it would be worth almost $13. It was, unless you like a well-smoked taste . If I could they would get no stars. First when we came in the young lady was going to seat us but the server was like no( so I was thinking maybe she was leaving) but nope she took another couple of tables. But I let that slide. We got a nice server so it was all good. Anyhoo we ordered two of the two meat plates. The mister got burnt ends and I added the ribs( both 3.00 xtra). Finally got our food and it absolutely came out wrong but my plate had 4 ribs and a healthy stack of burnt ends. I stupidly said they got it wrong by not giving me my pulled pork. He received sausage(only received one) when it should have been two. His plate looked like a kids plate. It went back and then it came out wrong again with a rib removed and smaller portions . So then our server came over and said she would fix it and then the manager came over and told us with lots of attitude and said swiftly we got what we were supposed to get. I call bs and WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! I work hard for my money and we spent over 75.00 and to be treated like we were asking too much when you came out with my food wrong twice is crazy. They must have missed my order and had to try to make it immediately. Finally got my dinner but no grilled broccoli. After a while they finally brought out the broccoli but it was far from grilled. Mainly just warmed. After a bit a manager came by to check on us and I told her my disappointment and she said she would bring more but it never came. I absolutely love Clark crew. The food is spot on and the cornbread is beyond amazing. Every time we were in OKC we would go to Clark crew to eat. Then, they've blessed us with a Clark Crew in Tulsa and we are beyond excited. The service is good and they have room to grow, but it was their first week so got to give them some props!Going to come there for three birthdays this week so excited to have barbecue that is excellent. Worst food I've had in a long time. Got home and my side of mac and cheese was missing along with my husbands brisket cheesesteak, despite it ALL being checked off on the ticket that's stapled to the bag. He drove the 6 miles back since the manager agreed to re make it, they didn't have any more Mac and cheese so instead of another side being offered the manager threw in cake. Once My kids started eating their $18 chicken strips which is only 4 regular sized strips, they seemed old and overcooked due to how dark they were in color, it tasted like Walmarts deli chicken strips. Half of my daughter's okra was inedible due to it being nothing but cold old greasy crunch. The nail in the coffin was that the brisket was COLD and all you could taste was salt. I've never in my life thrown away bbq, let alone brisket, but that and the smoked chicken leg went in the trash. That was $75 and all that gas just wasted.
