Excellent BBQ. Very tasty and moist. The sauce was perfectly baked into the meat. Pleasant service and clean tables available to eat inside.

Quick BBQ spot to go or can eat inside. We got a combo meat meal and split it. We enjoyed it and got to try ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, two sides and corn bread. I Liked the brisket the best, corn bread was tasty with honey and the potato salad and frys were also good. Variety of sauces available to try. I'm a sauce person so I'm all for that. Sauce area could be tended to a little more. Good for a quick meal. Would come back again.

The barbeque pork ribs and pulled pork sandwich were tough. Not the tenderest or best BBQ. You had to really use your teeth to bite into the pork ribs. The mac & cheese was dry with just the coloring of cheese. The coleslaw was fresh. Their original sauce was good. The restaurant was clean. I would personally wave people elsewhere for BBQ.

Drinks were quickly received, my bloody Mary was mostly bloody Mary mix. Seriously did not taste the Titos vodka at all. Hubby ordered shrimp and grits, I had to laugh at the so shallow bowl, it was not an entree size more of a appetizer portion. Grits were very salty!! At other family tables were fresh pizzas, chicken sandwiches, sweet potatoe fries and a variety of plates. Everyone was pleased with their meals, and mostly the company as we were departing and returning to our homes in a number of states. Ambiance, the restaurant is nearly decorated dim comfortable lighting. I can't emphasize enough our servers. Even with the 18 of us they did an amazing job. Id like to checke them out again when we are in the area.

They showed up not as listed no sweet potatoes You want food as they advertise it not a surprise when the food is delivered So I ask for the manager. They send out a manager he says he was sorry he would take $5 off each salads and give us 2 desserts So that does t happen. So I ask for the REAL manager So now I get the GM And then the beignets come that he said the first manager said he would give us Why. Why because first he offered a dessert for each wrong order but the he sent out the waitress to tell us that was too much The the beignets come out and they are on my bill They tried to make it right but who sends out the waitress to be the hatchet man ?? Not professional at all The. Before we leave we checked with the bank. Amounts not right So back to the waitress and GM All in all not a good experience. They tried but complete misses the mark They bought out dessert to go but it really doesn't fix the experience and frustration. The food was good but not exactly right and the waitress was very nice trying to help but not her fault. At all. Nice young lady and trying to be helpful. But she should not try to fix what was t her fault I read a number of reviews but service was a less Than good theme This review is not good either What could they do better? This spot brings a shareable Italian dining experience, meaning large portions that don't compromise on flavor. For me, the true test of an Italian restaurant is its red sauce, and Capriccio's nailed it--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Whether poured over pasta or served alongside hearty entrées, you can taste the quality in every bite. And speaking of pasta, they make theirs fresh, which adds an extra layer of authenticity and texture to every dish! Beyond the incredible food, they offer craft cocktails, which immediately caught my attention because, well, I'm a low-key cocktail snob--the more intricate, the better! Their drinks are thoughtfully prepared, adding a perfect complement to the meal. Now, let's talk about dessert--because their Biscoff cheesecake is TOP TIER. Creamy, rich, and full of that buttery Biscoff goodness, it's a must-try. The server was very attentive and knowledgeable. Tip: Make a reservation Capriccio's is tucked away enough to make it an ideal date night spot--whether with your partner or your sneaky link (no judgment here!). I'll definitely be back for more of their authentic flavors and cozy vibes!

We booked a party for him, invited all of his friends and their parents, and expected a fun, organized experience. Unfortunately, the service was practically nonexistent. In fact, I can't even say the service was terrible because there really wasn't any service to speak of. We spent most of the time trying to figure things out ourselves and struggled to get assistance whenever we needed it. What made the situation even more frustrating was discovering that we were automatically charged a 20% service fee. For what, exactly? A service charge is supposed to reflect actual service provided, but we received little to none. Charging customers an automatic gratuity while failing to provide the level of service it implies is incredibly disappointing. When we brought our concerns to the manager, Maria, instead of taking responsibility or trying to make things right, she explained that one of her employees had called off. While I understand that staffing issues happen, that's an internal management problem--not the customer's responsibility. We still paid the full price for the party, including the mandatory 20% service charge. If customers are expected to pay full price regardless of staffing shortages, then the business should still be expected to provide the level of service those charges are meant to cover. Birthdays are important, especially for young kids. Families spend a lot of money to create lasting memories, and unfortunately, this experience left us feeling frustrated rather than celebrated. I hope RollHouse takes customer concerns more seriously in the future, reevaluates its automatic service fee policy, and ensures managers take accountability instead of offering excuses. Based on this experience, I can't recommend booking a birthday party here.

ZERO STARS - Don't Waste Your Time or Money!…read more This restaurant used to be decent, but my experience today was completely unacceptable. I ordered two grilled patty melts and received burgers served on soft wheat bread instead of rye. The bread wasn't even grilled, and the sandwiches had cheddar cheese instead of Swiss cheese. The entire order was prepared incorrectly. I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake, and I was shocked by the response. The owner--not a manager--told me there was nothing she would do and that I needed to file a complaint with DoorDash. DoorDash didn't prepare the food; the restaurant did. What disappointed me most wasn't the mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability and customer service. Errors happen, but refusing to address them is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment and will never eat here again. The owner's attitude has completely ruined what was once a decent restaurant.

Because of that experience, we came in with high expectations and were really excited. At first, I liked this restaurant for its cleanliness and cute decor. The overall ambiance gave a very pleasant first impression. However, my experience today was quite disappointing. I was not satisfied with the service or the food quality. When the server brought us to our table, she seated us at the front near the entrance by the snack corner. We asked if we could move to a table in the back, but she told us those tables were for non-bbq guests. We were okay with that and stayed. However, shortly after, we saw other parties being seated in the back and eating KBBQ. That felt inconsistent and honestly disappointing. We ordered the yookhwe (beef tartare) bibimbap ($20.95), the Korean beef BBQ combo for two ($119.99), prime rib ($44.95), and makgeolli. Honestly, the portions were lot smaller than I expected for the price. Brisket only came with 6 thick pieces and galbi came with 9 to 12 pieces depending on how you cut them. The last straw was just seeing 10 small pieces of prime rib. As for the taste, it was decent but not the best. The banchan, doenjang jjigae, and steamed egg were good, but the beef was tough and hard to chew. The sauce on the marinated galbi actually hardened like candy after grilling and stuck to my teeth and the plate. We cooked most of our meat ourselves, which we didn't mind, but it seemed like our server was busy with other tables. Overall, I was disappointed and probably won't be back. If you've never had KBBQ, it might still be worth (?) a try considering for the authentic experience, but I don't think the service, portions or quality make it worth the price.
