Service was terrible. We ate dinner here and had a great experience, a few mess ups but overall they did a great job. We had rented a bowing lane from 7:30-9:30, and told the lane would have service. There was a young Brunette that appeared to be a server but didn't service anyone besides talking with friends and some manager named Cullen. After over an hour we made our way to the bar, lost out on ample time waiting for drinks. I wouldn't recommend this place. we made mention to cullen, who told the server. at that point we got stares and eye rolls, and for a full 2 hours. No service. Service - arrived in a group of 4 people. It is seat yourself. So we sat at a table closest to the bar. It took out server 15 minutes to greet us and say she would be right back (we did not have a menu yet). It took her another 15 minutes to actually take our orders and another 30 minutes to get the food. The sad thing is it wasn't our server's fault, I could tell she was hustling and trying to get to all of her tables in a timely fashion. Turns out she was the only server assigned to the entire dining room. There were 3 parties of 10+. And at least 7 other tables already seated when we got there. So she was great. Not recommended, food is trash, our lane malfunctioned twice. Once when our balls didn't come back and the second time when the lane just stopped working. Probably lost 20 minutes between both and when we asked for time back they add 5 minutes maximum for both times. The burger patty was half the size of the buns, not kidding. The alcoholic drinks are seriously watered down besides the beer. Once the game ended we were ushered out by hovering workers that didn't wait a moment. Grandson had a birthday party there. Really cool place to have it. Lots of alleys and a good sized arcade. Pizzas were better than expected. Two bar rooms. Lots of help available. This was the worst bowling area I ever went to in my life. I came here after burying my brother on my birthday to have a little fun just to be racially. Profiled looked at and talk to you like I was dumb paid for two bowlong lanes, but only got one because it was " a weekend ", but I paid a weekend advance. Three young Caucasian females at the front desk were horrible customer service representative. " Glenn " is a horrible manager or owner of the place. Didn't try to make anything right with me being the customer took his employee side and didn't care what I had to say. They supposedly banned me because someone from my lane didn't pay for their food. Harassed me for two days over $21. And I didn't even eat any food and I went there for my birthday! Called the police on me after I pay the money for the $21 bill. I pay them their money so I had no clue why they were still calling the police on me and my family. Then I had the audacity to text me multiple times harassing me telling me to come back up to the bowling rink so they can call the police trying to beat me in so that I can get a fine or arrested and trust and believe I have every single screenshot of the text messages they sent the manager Glenn lied and said I called his phone and called him racist and was loud and belligerent in the place and I was not. I talked calmly and recorded it on video.. if I were you and you were black, I would not step foot in there and the man Glenn talked so crazy to my cousin cussed her out on the phone. This place was great before for a nice bar scene and a bowling alley. Now it is the poshest bowling alley with full arcade and an actual chef like menus. Completely affordable and will keep kids and adults entertained for hours. Laser tag, bowling, games, and a new escape room. They have really invested in the interior design and craftsmanship. She was really willing to help and adjust the quotes to our needs and timeframe. We reserved the patio, to enjoy the last of summer and welcome up to 30 people outside. The location was really enjoyable, we had our own server for the time of the event, taking both orders of food and drinks. We never wait really an any of the orders. GREAT place for group activities, especially when the weather in NE Ohio is crappy (so, all of February). There's a TON of bowling lanes, there's a game area for the littles and not-so-littles, and there are rooms you could reserve for your group as well as a section of the bowling alley way in the back that can be reserved for private parties (I forgot to ask if a down-payment or any fees were required). There's a FULLY stocked bar if you're leaving the littles at home and a menu involving BBQ. Will absolutely go back AND I strongly recommend this for a Yelp event (especially in February). read more

My family and I visited today and had one of the worst experiences out of the few times we've been there. Starting with one of the young women at the front counter having an attitude when my party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) including myself were trying to reserve two lanes for an hour. We get to the lane and try to order our food before starting our game not knowing the game is on an automatic timer, okay no harm, no foul. That was on us. Then we began to bowl, midway through the game the game malfunctions and sets us back for about 5-7 minutes before we were able to continue playing. After advising them of the mishap, we were told that nothing could be done about it. Next, upon finishing up our first game our food finally arrived. Cold fries, one person from my party didn't even get her drink. Around 8 minutes after our food arrived, one of the associates came to our table asking that we "relocate because the lanes are on a waiting list", which I understand, however after explaining that we had just received our food, she disregarded what was said to her and once again asked us to "relocate". Mind you we haven't seen our waitress since she had taken our orders - she didn't even give us her name! So when we advised her that we need our check she kept asking who our server was, which was a mystery because she never told us. She wanted me to describe her but the way she asked made me uncomfortable because we had already been having a bad experience and she didn't even show any form of compassion. If this is the kind of business that is being run then I won't recommend anyone spend a dime or drop of their time there. I've had better customer service in a school cafeteria than here. Understanding lack of staff is a thing these days, you won't hit every point, but you can't provide mediocre service for ridiculous prices and talk to people with an attitude and expect them not to be upset. I guess cosmic bowling will go on! There was however "a brief waiting period" which happened to be 3 hours! Not brief at all, at least in my mind! New brought to us. Once we had the menu, it took another 20 minutes for someone to come. And while our waitress was decent, and thanked up for being patient I have to wonder what they would have done if every lane, versus ever other, were open. With 2 entrees and 2 appetizers, one that came with fries I would have loved to know in advance that we would have 3 orders of fries.. I wouldn't have placed a separate order for fries. Instead of even trying to swap it out, the waitress just said she was unable to do it since the meal was already brought out. All in all we had a good time, which is what we went for. There is a game room, laser tag with laser maze, a serious bowling alley, and a ninja warrior course. The restaurant with a bar is a decent size with a party room. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. We ordered the nachos with chickenfor the appetizer. They were really good (much better than that hot mess we got at the Tiki Hut in Hudson). I ordered the Mexican eggrolls and my husband ordered the quesadilla. Both entrees did not disappoint. Plenty of flavor and portions. This is a fun place to hang out and get your game on.
