I tried to explain that I ALWAYS get that pizza. She in return became very rude. I ended up ordering a Supreme with "Classic" crust and no sausage. It sucks now and that's really too bad. Amazing how dumb ass's can fuck up a good thing.

The empanadas were generously stuffed with seasoned beef, cheese, jalapeños, and onions, making every bite flavorful and satisfying. The real star of the evening was the Mexican Pizza. Built on two crispy tostadas layered with savory refried beans, seasoned beef, fresh vegetables, melted cheese, and topped with sour cream, it was absolutely outstanding. To top it all off, many of their favorite cervezas were on special, but we opted for the margaritas, which paired perfectly with the meal. Great food, generous portions, wonderful service and a fun atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Pearl Road Tavern and will be back again!

I finally sat down at the bar and waited to make my take-out order. The bartender, who made it clear that I was her lowest concern, eventually took the order. I don't normally go out of my way to rate restaurants, but this was ridiculous.

Stood around the front desk area for 10 mins where not one employee came to greet us or help us. I walked all around the facility until I got to the bar and was helped by another gentleman, who was able to find someone in the back to come to the front. We witnessed a mother and son angrily walk out because they couldn't find anyone in the arcade area to redeem for prizes. After booking, we were told we had to wait 15-20 mins because there was no one working that area until 3 pm. The frustrating part was that I called the day before to ask about bringing a group in and was told we could come anytime because there were no reservations scheduled. It would have been helpful to know that the facility was understaffed and that the laser tag area would not be staffed until later in the day. Our group spent a significant amount of time waiting, which felt like a poor use of the time we had set aside for the event. For an establishment that's known for hosting team building activities in the heart of Solon, I was honestly disappointed in our experience.

I never leave negative reviews, but our experience at RollHouse was incredibly disappointing,…read moreespecially considering this was supposed to be a special day for my little brother's 7th birthday. We booked a party for him, invited all of his friends and their parents, and expected a fun, organized experience. Unfortunately, the service was practically nonexistent. In fact, I can't even say the service was terrible because there really wasn't any service to speak of. We spent most of the time trying to figure things out ourselves and struggled to get assistance whenever we needed it. What made the situation even more frustrating was discovering that we were automatically charged a 20% service fee. For what, exactly? A service charge is supposed to reflect actual service provided, but we received little to none. Charging customers an automatic gratuity while failing to provide the level of service it implies is incredibly disappointing. When we brought our concerns to the manager, Maria, instead of taking responsibility or trying to make things right, she explained that one of her employees had called off. While I understand that staffing issues happen, that's an internal management problem--not the customer's responsibility. We still paid the full price for the party, including the mandatory 20% service charge. If customers are expected to pay full price regardless of staffing shortages, then the business should still be expected to provide the level of service those charges are meant to cover. Birthdays are important, especially for young kids. Families spend a lot of money to create lasting memories, and unfortunately, this experience left us feeling frustrated rather than celebrated. I hope RollHouse takes customer concerns more seriously in the future, reevaluates its automatic service fee policy, and ensures managers take accountability instead of offering excuses. Based on this experience, I can't recommend booking a birthday party here.
