The staff at this location were absolutely amazing during my family's get together yesterday! The patience and hospitality they showed was extraordinary considering how many of us were there and the variety of orders we had. They were gracious, friendly, and accurate while taking and delivering our orders, and they kept things neat and orderly, especially since we also had take out orders and we had several younger children with us. The food was good and affordable, half price appetizers aplenty! Plus the restaurant and rest rooms were clean, and that was a plus plus! Every time I come here I'm amazed with the Parmesan truffle fries. We brought the kids with us this time and they agreed the food was awesome! The burgers are cooked just perfectly pink inside. The wait staff is always friendly and prompt, give them a great tip! read more

This was my first time dining. The new interior is really fantastic. (see photograph below). The tables are irregularly shaped like a tree, the bar is open plan, modern, and has lots of televisions playing sports. Sarah was our server. The food has a high quality to cost ratio. The chicken wings with the dry rub are highly recommended. My only criticism is that they were understaffed so things to come on, and the hot buffalo wings with three stars and my personal opinion having lived in upstate New York for 12 years were no more than mild. This week is "wing week" in Cleveland. They are listed as a participant. I called in to ask if I could order the special for pick up. The person who answered said that I couldn't order over the phone but I could come in and order for takeout. That seemed like an odd way of operating but I wanted to try their wings so I drove into the restaurant. Upon arrival the bar tender said that I needed to dine in. I explained to him that whomever I spoke to said I could grab and go. He then defers to the manager who basically told me to leave if I only wanted to buy carry out. What makes ZERO sense is for someone who doesn't want to stay, why try to make them. If I came in, ordered wings and water how is that beneficial? I always tip on the regular price for restaurant workers. This just irked me. read more

To top it off the happy hour is from 5-7 so domestic taps were $3 (at least my Miller Light) wine was $4 and appetizers were half off. Highly recommend and we will be going back soon! read more

Recently rewatched the boondocks and it had me craving a Luther burger. I remember making some back in college but never had one at a restaurant. I remember having the burgers 2 beer Luther burger on my bucket list for quite a while. After many years, I finally decided to pull the trigger. I overlooked the 9pm closing time of the Solon location and arrived at about 8pm. I was confused by the empty restaurant with the exception of four regulars at the bar. Shortly after ordering I realized we arrived within one hour of closing and began mentally preparing myself for bad service and food. WRONG. The service was pretty par for a server who just got a table within an hour of close but the food was exceptional. We ordered the appetizer sampler, a simple Susan, and the Luther burger. The sampler included mozzarella sticks, potato skins, fried mac and cheese bites, onion rings, and boneless chicken bites. Everything was tasty and fresh, with the exception of the marinara sauce which had a metallic taste, as if it came from a can. Halfway through the platter, the burgers came out. The fries were hot, fresh, and tasty. The burgers were hot and fresh as well. I was surprised by the Luther arriving on doughnuts with the glaze still in liquid form, as if they were freshly glazed. The only caveat I had with the Luther burger is the seasoning used didn't pair well with the sweet and salty of the bacon and doughnuts. During our visit, more customers did arrive and the place did begin to see more business but it was still surprisingly slow for a Friday night. Also the old school R&B music selection was enjoyable. To be completely honest, We've driven by for years and the restaurant always looks closed. Even at 6pm the outside lights were off so it comes across very uninviting. Tonight we decided to stop and change up our usual visit to the Highland Heights Location. We love Monday Burger Night and B2B has decent happy hour. Food was ok although it was not nicely presented on the plate. service was ok. We had a lot of dirty silverware and glasses along with the table. Would be a cool place to sit at the bar and watch games; There are plenty of TVs. Overall, just an ok location and experience. read more

OK so my review got taken down before because I had mentioned my servers name. Fair enough but doesn't mean I'm not gonna write something again. So here is the edited version of what I wrote: I'm actually surprised how BADBADBAD this place is. I assumed it would be like a Panini's in terms of service, setting, and quality. But to compare the two would be an insult. I'll just get this outta the way: the food was fine, I mean it's fried... It isn't inedible, it's unremarkable. The wine glasses were spotty dirty. The plates needed a scrubbing. Outdoor tables were overly pollinated. It was loud outside. The server was UNPLEASANT, and CURT, and UNINFORMED, and LAZY. They did not clear any of our plates (even when I stacked them up and put them at the side). We had to ask for everything. Twice we had to track her down to get what we needed. We never got water until I insisted. Twice we were just left outside with no service or anybody checking on us for an hour each time. Someone else got us our check so we could leave finally. As the name suggests, this restaurant is focused on burgers and beer. There are lots of different creative burgers to choose from, but the several times I have been there I always played it safe and went with traditional burgers. I love fresh cut fries, but here they are too thick and end up being soggy or not fully cooked. I saw a menu from B2B and really liked what was listed. My apartment is less than a mile from there so I finally went. A grilled chicken sandwich with avocado, bacon and mozzarella really disappointed. The bread was cold while chicken was nicely charred but only warm. It seemed to have been grilled hours ago. The cheese was in an oval and barely melted. Avacado was fresh. There was absolutely no dressing on the sandwich or salt. The slaw that accompanied my meal tasted great.
