Great dessert shop. My son was obsessed with the edible cookie dough. I had a berry cinnamon roll and it was AMAZING

Cinnaholic is the duck donuts of Cinnabon shops. You choose your icing and toppings or you can choose the combination that they have. We chose the caramel apple pie, Cookie Monster and chocolate overload. They are super sweet so I would suggest sharing or rationing. read more

I had the OLD Skool Roll. All I can say is YUM! If you're watching calories, you may want to just eat half and save the other for the next day. I also had the Lemon Blueberry coffee cake, which was ok. (This is why I gave 4 Stars) A bit too busy for me. I'd prefer either Lemon or Blueberry. Service was ok, they need to train the people at the register to encourage patrons to download the app to start earning points for discounts. She had the "I don't care " attitude. The ambiance was quiet and and there was no wait, which is always good. read more

Tonight was the grand opening of Cinnaholic. It's located in Grambrills, MD. It was crowded when I arrived so I had to stand in the long line. They sell kinds of sweets such as cookie dough, brownies, cookies. You can build your own cinnabon. Frosting and toppings are an extra charge. It's not too expensive place. Price range is from $3-$8.00. If you want a cinnacake, they cost more. read more

Great service! I came in to get desserts for a birthday party. The owner, Laurin, the cashier, Jessica, and the employees went above and beyond to make it a success. I also saw the owner give free food to the Uber eats driver. She also gave me some free Just baked yesterday rolls! It was the end of the day, and I heard her giving her employees treats and speaking to them with kindness and care. Love it! read more

I'm a frequent customer at Cinnaholic. I LOVE their cinnamon cookies; my son loves their cinnamon rolls. The store is always clean and smelling cinnamony fresh! Today I stopped for 2 cinnamon cookies and planned to use my rewards for one of the cookies. I had almost 500 points. Unfortunately, the young lady at the register said I could only get a chocolate chip cookie for free. What?!? The cookies cost the same amount. I don't like the chocolate chip cookies, I've been purchasing cinnamon cookies, why would I want a chocolate chip cookie. I asked to quickly speak to management cause this should be a no brainer. The free cookie reward should be available for either cookie. Please make that happen! Thanks read more

First Impressions mean everything. The sweet smell of cinnamon hits you walking into the door. That alone keeps you in line. Now bout those buns! Word is its gluten free, dairy free, and free of that (other stuff). These buns (smack). Who knew toppings on a cinnamon bun could be so good. 4 stars - later hours. read more

On a whim I decided to download an app called Too Good To Go. If you're not familiar, local restaurants use this app to sell goods they have left at the end of the day at a discount price. You generally aren't told what you're going to get- it's a surprise. As soon as I opened the app I saw that Cinnaholic was offering a bag for $5.99. My kiddo and I decided to give it a try. We popped over to the store, and when you open the door and walk in, it smells like heaven. A woman was walking out as we were walking in, and she looked practically delirious (in a good way!) as she told us how amazing the treats were from here. We approached the counter where a lovely, and friendly woman (and I have to say- she was legit one of the most beautiful looking women I have ever seen in my life, I was like mesmerized by her!) asked how she could help us. I explained we were picking up a Too Good To Go order and she immediately had it ready for us. She was kind enough to explain to me how to mark my order as "picked up" in the app since I was new to using it, and she explained the types of goods she typically puts in the TGTG bags. She was so warm and seemed in no rush at all to end our interaction- which I found so endearing! As we returned to our car, my kiddo began to inspect the goods. We had 3 cinnamon rolls with different toppings. They were still warm too!!! We tried a few bites from each one when we got home- and they were insanely good! They held up great in the fridge overnight, and I microwaved one for 35 second the next morning to enjoy with my coffee and it was perfectly warmed up. On a whim I Googled the company, and I was STUNNED to read that these cinnamon buns are VEGAN. I honestly never would have known if I hadn't looked it up! I'd choose these over Cinnabon any day- I'M SERIOUS! Get yourself here to support this amazing business and enjoy some amazing desserts! read more

The delays are well-documented by other Yelpers, so I won't belabor the point (hopefully the business figures out how to make rolls more quickly). I write to confirm that the rolls are delicious and to urge the owner to invest in an espresso machine (probably a fully automatic one for ease of employee operation). These rolls will pair very well with real coffee, and such coffee has great profit margins for the business. read more

Nice staff was ok but I don't think I'll be back just seems really over priced for such small rolls Now nothing wrong what so ever -tasty, clean very courteous staff --just for price point I'm going back to trusty ole Cinnabon read more

Only deducted a star for the wait times. I came yesterday and spent an hour in line but the cinnamon roll (with cream cheese icing) was delicious.. so much so that I'm back today to get TWO more.. different icing and topping options make the possibilities exciting. But due to another quoted 1hr+ wait (with less ppl in store), i couldn't do it again. But the staff is kind and patient, the franchise owner is present and working very hard. Glad to have them, I'm sure they'll get the kinks worked out, they've only been open 3 days. read more

For the shocker - the chocolate chip cookies were delicious, the sugar cookie was decent. The brownies were thick and looked rich but they weren't. I'm still trying to figure out how something so decedent looking could be so deprived of chocolate flavor but I was disappointed. Unfortunately no one in my family of 6 enjoyed the cinnamon buns and we tried four flavors, plus the original. The buns were on the dry side, lacked flavor (cinnamon, vanilla ... something) and the ones with toppings were too sweet to consume. It's possible this was an off day for them and I'd certainly try again, definitely for the cookies and maybe a regular cinnamon bun. read more

Very weird two experiences at this location. I gave it a second try and the customer service was very odd. For being a dessert spot, scolding at 8pm is very weird. Won't be coming back. read more

As much as it pains me to say this, I am going to be a regular customer! These cinnamon rolls were delicious! As was the chocolate chip cookie and lemon berry cake. We had the old skool, banana pudding, and lemon ice box rolls. We went a little after 7 pm, and there were 3 people in line in front of us and maybe 4 people waiting. Within minutes the line started getting longer and longer. I like the fact that the rolls are not sitting pre made, so it does take some time for them to "design" each roll to order. I could tell one of the ladies was getting a little flustered with the crowd but she soon received help and all was well. If you don't order ahead, bring your patience. Well worth the wait! read more

I absolutely love Cinnaholic! I was excited that there was one coming to Gambrills,Md. I attended the grand opening and have gone back for cinnamon rolls. The staff was and is always pleasant, my only hiccup is the wait time. You can clearly see that the staff is new and lacked proper training prior to opening the store. They didn't and don't have a solid routine for their assembly line as of yet. read more

This is my new go to every other Saturday. They are short staffed which makes me sad and they don't accept cash only Plastic. I had the very berry one that was so fresh yet guilty each bite had fresh strawberry preserves, cream cheese icing and strawberries and blue berries. It wasn't piping hot but was still fluffy and good. We will return. I also heard the owner is a Hampton female graduate so I will for sure return will try a new one each time. My daughters was so good that she didn't talk the entire time. Compared to crumbles which is in the same shopping center we will always come here from now on. read more

I came here recently for the first time and my oh my, these Cinnabons are delicious! The fact that it's vegan too. I chose the the signature very berry and my husband made his own with almond frosting, bananas, strawberries, and coconut on top. Both were super delicious! I have a sweet tooth, my husband not so much but he still loves these Cinnabons. It's about the same price with the brand Cinnabon and I think it's worth it. They have their signature rolls, seasonal flavors, and then you can make it your own as well which is great as well. They gave it to us while it was warm too and it was sooo good. Super glad they opened one up only 15-20 min away from my place, it's dangerous! read more

First timer. I was greeted upon walking in by the owner and the staff. They were patient, kind, and a good convo. This my first vegan cinnamon roll, and I was pleasantly surprised. I will Advise they are very sweet; if you aren't a full sweet person, my favorite was the cookie dough. I also tried the almond and the classic. The 3 of us approved. My godson has allergies so this was egg and milk free and he got 3 little buns. He also approved. read more

The person who made our food was so nice and was super helpful in finding us the best flavors!! Will 100% be back!!

My sister is a vegan and loves sweet stuff so for her birthday I decided to stop by the new Cinnaholic location in Crofton/Gambrills to get a sweet treat for her birthday. Knowing that this place is new and having been to their location in Georgia a couple of months ago, I understand that it takes time for them to make their cinnamon rolls, cookies, etc. especially when adding the 5 to 10 toppings most people want on them. Therefore, I went on their app and did their online order. By the time I got there it was ready and I did not have to stand in the long line (BTW, I went on a Friday afternoon around 3pm). The rolls and cookies I purchased were delicious and the ladies that were working were very nice. So my recommendation is to order online to get it quickly or just sit and watch/wait for 15 - 20 min and enjoy the experience. read more

First tried this place and Houston so expectations were high when I saw one was close to me in crofton but the selection and presentation were underwhelming luckily I remembered what I got in Houston and was almost able to replicate it by buying extra toppings to design myself lol!! My fiancé and I ordered the Banana Pudding and the Santa's Helper Cinnamon Rolls. We were pleasantly surprised! These were delicious! The decor was cute. Excellent selections on the part of the hiring manager. We will definitely refer and be back! read more

Ok, these cinnamon rolls are good, but are they $6.00 a piece good? I'm a traditionalist when it comes to cinnamon rolls, and this place has the old school rolls. But then they just go crazy with other toppings so if you are in the mood to experiment and spend some money, I would recommend it. It won't be a place I will frequent just because of the cost. Better than Cinnabon? Yes. Fresh made while you wait? Yes. Walking out with hot rolls covered in delicious frosting? Absolutely. As seen on Shark Tank? Yes. Think of it as Cinnabon and Crumbl having children. Great service. read more

This place is just "ok". We came in on a Saturday, about 40 minutes after opening. The line was long and it quickly became apparent that they were in no rush to serve. The entire process, as many have mentioned, is inefficient and very time consuming to get a plain cinnamon bun. I didn't dare get any of the specialty buns, that probably would've doubled the wait. We ordered the last two cinnamon buns. Mind you, it was 10:40 - they just opened. The person behind the counter mentioned that everyone behind us in line now had to wait 15-20 minutes for a cinnamon bun, because they just now put them into the oven. Anyone with any sort of food service experience knows, you don't wait until you're out of your MAIN PRODUCT to make more. The cinnamon bun tasted fine. It was a bit too sweet, but it was alright. I imagine if I was a sugar fueled eight year old, it would've been awesome. Unfortunately, I didn't think they were better than Cinnabon. For $6, you want gourmet. However, I think I could do better with a can of Pillsbury and some Betty Crocker icing. All in all - mid at best. Waiting for up to 20 minutes for a cinnamon roll that isn't all that is a big ask from customers these days. I'm sure the business will do fine at this location. After all, Crumbl sucks and is making a fortune at Waugh Chapel. Not for me, but it's a cute novelty I guess. read more

Good rolls but very unsanitary. Mostly staffed with poorly trained workers who don't know proper food safety. Watched all 3 workers at the time wear gloves, touch their phone, touch their nose, touch their hair and NOT change their gloves. Completely unsanitary. read more

The cinnamon rolls are "fine." The issue is that they have one oven and they can only run one type of menu item through the oven at a time. Consequently, while there is a line to the door, everyone else is waiting 15 minutes for the cinnamon rolls to be cooked. Once cooked, the staff doesn't move quickly enough to really keep things moving--there appeared to be no effort to really push the line or clear out folks who were waiting for their orders to be completed. On top of that, staff didn't seem to entertain basic requests for accommodations from customers, like frosting on the side rather than on the roll. By the time mine got home, most of it was in the base of the container rather than on the roll itself. Taste was fine. It was a cinnamon roll. I ordered the chai but there wasn't really anything to suggest any flavor beyond slightly spiced buttercream. Not sure it's worth the cost, when I feel like I could probably get similar results from a pillsbury cinnamon roll in a tube at home in a fraction of the time. The upside is that they're plant-based, but I feel like I could probably produce similar results at home with a little work on the internet. I understand that this is an opening and that there will be growing pains, but it's unfortunate that this read more

Amazing! Best cinnamon buns and cookies. Also the service is outstanding and the employees always have a smile.

The people are so nice here! The mocha cookie dough treat was amazing! That was my favorite. Definitely eat the cinnamon rolls fresh and warm to get the full effect. Visit Cinnaholic today in Waugh Chapel. It was not worth the 30 minute wait. There are 3 teenagers working and 2 people on the register, which one seems to be the manager or owner. You have to wait in line to place your order then wait somewhere else to pick it up. There are people everywhere! Seems disorganized and poor control of the lines; the order here sign is in the front and the pick up order sign is in the back, but in actuality just stand anywhere you can and await for them to call your name.. The roll was vegan so that's great but it was really really sweet. Due to the lack of structure and taste I would not revisit. read more

Customer service was excellent. The wait was a bit long 20 min for 2 rolls HOWEVER, they seem to be cooked to order maybe idk. They were very fresh. I got the original added sprinkles my niece got the Cookie Monster and we also got a brownie. The rolls were very good! Next time I'll just get the original no sprinkles because it was just too many sprinkles (my fault). The Cookie Monster was amazing! The brownie was NOT good. I don't know if it was in the section marked "health food" or what but it tastes like something is wrong lol I can't describe it but it is not good at all. All in all I'll definitely be back to support this black owned business. Welcome to Gambrills, MD read more

I love the Cinnamon rolls here, they are soooo good. I've been there twice now. My first visit was during the first week of opening and I wasn't expecting the long wait but I waited because I really wanted to try the cinnamon rolls. I'm glad I waited because the apple pie roll was soooo good. I went again recently on 1/29. I was told there would be a 20 minute wait so I went and walked around other stores until then. When I got back to the store, my order still wasn't ready and they made a mistake and made one of rolls wrong, so I had to wait some more. I can be understanding so I didn't give them a hard time about that since I know they are working out the kinks. What I was upset about was the inconsistency in the size of the rolls. I ordered 3 rolls. One OG and two custom. The OG and one of my customs were half the size of the other roll. I wish I would have taken pictures but I didn't. They were all good but I think they need to work on the consistency in the size of the rolls. I was quite disappointed to see that when I got home. I will probably visit again but I will make sure I look at the rolls before they give them to me next time. read more
