The cupcakes which were supposed to be Ravens purple were lavender with paper cutouts slapped on top of sloppy fondant. The cake was supposed to be blue velvet and white chocolate. There is not a trace of blue velvet or white chocolate anywhere! The cupcakes were dry and had very little taste and the "cake" was an oily mess. I'm not sure what flavor it was supposed to be. The cake was HORRIBLE. It looks like something a beginning student did for practice. I asked for a theme that would incorporate sneakers (Jordans, Labrons or KD's), video games (PS and/or Xbox) and The Ravens. I got a white square with black stains on top with a lumpy and poorly made video game controller plopped on top and a lumpy and poorly made football plopped beside it. I was too embarrassed to take the cake to the birthday dinner. It looked horrible. I am still very disappointed and pissed off that I wasted my money. Alexandra Sweets & Co. dropped the ball and clearly did not care about my order or me as a customer.

After trying to get ideas on their website, Alexis reached out to me directly and sent me sample pictures of the tower design. She was so friendly and extremely helpful. She definitely left my mind at ease with her warm personality. Not only was the donut tower GORGEOUS but it was also delicious. The flavors I chose were the strawberry crunch, banana pudding, fruity pebbles and the Oreo. These were all delicious! All my guest and I were very impressed with everything. I am so thankful to Alexis and her team! I will recommend this place to everyone I know for every occasion, even just a sweet tooth. And ofcourse I will be going back :)

The toppings were nice, especially the cream cheese, but the dough was underwhelming as it was a bit dry and slightly firmer than I usually prefer. - The Biscoff banana pudding was the main pick the staff member recommended, so despite not being the biggest banana pudding guy, I had to try it. Unfortunately, it wasn't anything impressive, but it was cool. Also, the biscuit taste was more so in the background. - The shake was pretty good, but not $29 worth by any means. The cupcake that I got with it LOOKED GREAT, but I can't say the same for the taste, as it was just alright. The Oreo donut was solid. SBL is a home based bakery, so I picked my order up from the family home. The woman that met me at the door was so nice. Just a pleasant encounter from start to finish. The cookies themselves were absolutely perfect! My vision came to life! They not only looked beautiful, they were very delish!
