This crumbl location is very hit or miss. I ordered the cookies and cream cheesecake which is supposed to have a cookies and cream crust and the crust was missing. A couple of weeks ago I ordered the brookies and cream cookie that was supposed to have an oreo stuffed in the middle and the oreo was missing. Also I have had brownies from here that were not fully cooked. They need to do some quality control. read more

I have tried the cookies at Crumbl before and they were okay, but when I heard about the banana pudding offering, I knew that I had to try it. The banana pudding was simply delicious. It was creamy, had a good amount of cookies, and the lovely banana flavor taste really came through well. My only con was that there were far too few actual banana slices in the pudding, which I think would have elevated the taste even more. However, after seeing how packed the place was, it made sense that they might have been stretching the ingredients to make sure that every customer got to try it - which is understandable. It was still delicious so no biggie. I hope they bring the flavor back again. The service was quick, the staff members were nice, and the pudding was really good! While it looked packed from the outside I loved how quick their service is. The self serve kiosk is available and literally only waited a minute before my name was called for my order. I had stopped going to their cafe over a year ago. The employees were so dull, rude, inviting. I reported it to management. A year later I got back and the cafe is now run by robots. Decided to try Crumbl Cookies to see what the hype was about. Entering the shop, the smell was delicious. It was nice that I was cheerfully greeted upon entering. The layout was an open plan where customers can clearly see the kitchen and baking areas. The store looked clean and orderly. Ordering is self-checkout through a tablet...it's a bit clunky with lots of prompts. There's a tipping option, but what for if I'm doing half the work?? The presentation was nice...a hot pink paper box for my single chocolate chip cookie. Now on to the cookie.... The cookie was huge...guessing about 5 inches wide and very thick. I could feel it was warm through the box. The chocolate chips were hefty little gooey blocks atop and throughout the cookie. I was excited! I broke off a piece and tasted the cookie....MEH! Very strange. It tasted more like a sweet biscuit...very flaky in parts and a definite taste of salt. The middle of the cookie was mush, like it wasn't cooked fully. Very disappointing. Since this is my first time, I hoped maybe this is a one off, but nope...other reviews and articles say the same. I wonder how a company can blow up like this with cookies that fall between mediocre and awful (depending upon which part you are eating). I give the store "5" on ambiance, cleanliness, attitude and presentation, but the main attraction -- the actual cookies -- don't warrant another visit. Don't really want to much other then my cookies to be cooked through all the way, and a hello. A few times I've gotten raw center cookies which is unfortunate. Can't tell by looking at them especially if there is frosting on top of the cookie. Most of the time the people only talk to you once your name is called to pick up your cookies. I've been in once and have received a hello is, which is nice. Don't need my toes sucked or anything, but a greeting goes a long way. Four stars because their cookies are awesome! Star deducted for the med customer service and raw cookies sometimes. Still worth the visit and definitely for the soft chewy cookie lovers. Make sure you look at your order before leaving this store. I ordered and paid for 12 cookies online and received 10 uninformed cookies that took up the entire box. I called the store to report it and was told that I should receive my refund in 2 to 3 day. I have yet to receive my refund for the missing cookies an apology or any other sort of compensation. Needless to say I was not happy with this location or it's product and will not be returning. I'll continue to go to Kingstown, Rockville or Gambrel's location where I know that I'm getting what I paid for. read more

Love this location because it opens late. Downside of going late didn't get all my flavors I wanted. All the other flavors I got were great.

The service is fast but I am not sure they are cooking the cookies all the way. It taste like dough.
