If you want to get a taste of Cuba in the states, this is a must visit! Tasty food, good service and authentic live & loud Cuban music with open view to Calle 8.

Live music was a little too loud. Service was slow. The lychee martini was not good but the tostones relleno with shrimp was really good.

The garlic one on the right is very good.

We made a reservation and were seated promptly. This place is very fun. I suggest arriving right before 8 so you can be there when the music starts on Saturday nights. The band is really, really good. Lots of people dancing. I love the atmosphere. We ordered off the Miami Spice menu. I was overall happy with my food choices but my drink choice was not good. I thought our server brought over a wrong drink because it looked like a glass of champagne was being placed in front of me. The Limoncello spritz did not taste like limoncello. I really don't know what it tasted like but I am very familiar with limoncello and this was not it. I was going to get the garbanzo beans for my appetizer but decided at the last second I decided on picadillo tostones. This was a gamble because I don't usually like tostones but love picadillo. It ended up being an excellent appetizer. Next, was the frutti de mare. This was a great dish. The sauce was delicious and so was the shrimp, lobster, clams and calamari. However, there were like 3 strands of spaghetti. I am not sure what happened but I was already full from the tostones so I was actually better off. The black beans were pretty good. I know, it is a strange combination to have black beans with frutti de mare but I like to keep life interesting. I did try the mashed potatoes and these were amazing. I loved them. Last, I had tiramisu. This was good but I would say the cheesecake was better. It was a very fun evening. They also have a nightclub through the wine doors in the back of the restaurant. That opens at 11pm. This is a very fun place to eat and watch some great entertainment.

italian/cuban establishment in little havana with a sizeable menu and live music. the service was acceptable -- one dish (havana salad) came out late but overall decent. maduros 5/5: tender and not too oily with a great tartness ropa vieja 3.5/5: good flavors and a bright taste, but beware, it is extremely salty!! tamal 4/5: delicious and well cooked, but also oversalted, especially the meat and onion topping. calamari 4/5: typical calamari but portion on the smaller side, had an interesting grey (squid ink) aioli on the side? ciao havana salad 3/5: typical side salad on the sourer side, well seasoned and fresh but not really particularly special in any regard. parmesan, mixed greens, onion, cherry tomato, some type of vinaigrette. prosciutto pizza 4.5/5: good crust, good ratio of toppings with a generous amount of prosciutto. no complaints but not mindblowingly good. overall i'm not sure i would come back if i was a local. 2 out of all the dishes we tried were extremely salty, but the flavors were definitely there throughout our meal.

The ambience was dripping of Havana, and the live music was very entertaining. Service was inattentive and our meals were delivered to the wrong table. Traditional Ropa Vieja was served with rice and plantains. The Cuban sandwich was good but could've used a little more oomph. The Vespa cocktail was served in a ceramic Vespa and was delicious.

Great Italian Restaurant in the heart of Little Havana! Atmosphere was cool and cozy with outdoor seating, large indoor dining with bar and area for band with live music Food was delicious and nice assortment of drinks were offered. Good Happy Hour if you can get there in time. Service was very attentive and accommodating when it came to bringing our own BD cake and splitting the bill!

We came here on a whim and were so incredibly glad we did! I wanted something a little different than the Cuban food we had been eating during our vacation so Italian sounded amazing. The pasta was so fresh and my husband, who was still craving the Cuban classics, got the vaca frita. The musicians playing made for such a fun atmosphere and got everyone dancing, and the staff was very on top of it. The happy hour drinks were lovely and we'd definitely be back next time we are in Miami!

Sadly this was a bad decision to eat here. The menus provided are false. First they state Happy Hour before 7 Monday- Friday ; however, when asked about it, the waiter said they were not doing that today(Friday). No reason.. Still ordered a glass of wine. Menu price $11 which was the smallest pour I've ever been severed. BUT the bill came $12. Again asked the waiter who checked the menu but said oh well that's what it is. Ordered the Cuban Masitas nice flavor but was dry and over cooked. Musical band was a nice touch but was so loud you had to yell to be heard. It appears the purpose was less about entertainment and more to draw tourists from the "strip".

Lovely good music and service ! Best pizza and live the live band . The went above and beyond for good service and experience

We came from Tampa just to spend the weekend in Miami never been and this place was amazing! The food music atmosphere I felt like I was back home on the island, I loved it amazing

I went to this place for drinks and a bite. The bartender, V, was great. I would definitely come back for her cocktails and friendly conversation. We started with the charcuterie board, but it was quite disappointing. There were no figs, and there were only three pieces of bread for a lot of meat. We asked for recommendations, but it was unfortunate that the staff hadn't tasted their menu, especially since it is a new establishment and new customers often ask for the best meals to order. This made me skip ordering more food. I really enjoyed the decor, which had a very Italian vibe and would be great for a nice date or dinner.

The shop is small with only the shared outdoor seating with other nearby restaurants. The Pan Con Bistec was very tasty and I liked the crispy bits inside. The flavor of the sauce could have been more pronounced but otherwise a really good sandwich. The Pan con Lechon was okay overall because it tasted very one note flavor and texture wise. The meat was moist and tender but I preferred the Bistec and the Cubano. They also provided a garlic dipping sauce which was very flavorful. However I felt that it overpowered a lot of the sandwich flavors. I also got the Mamey Batida which was smooth and subtle with its sweetness. My first time having a Batida and I really liked the consistency but will probably be choose a different flavor next time.

During live performances, one waitress would get up on stage and play instruments and at other times bartenders would join in. I was truly smiling from ear to ear all night. I drank delicious mojitos all night and even with a packed venue the drinks came out extremely fast! Although the restaurant was packed, our waitress remained extremely kind and attentive throughout the night. To me, the food was just good. We had the Jamón Serrano Croquetas to start. They were a little cold for my taste and not the best I've ever had but they weren't bad. My husband really loved his skirt steak ropa vieja and didn't leave a single grain of rice. I opted for the rabo encendido pasta. I like that they weren't skimpy on the rabo. The downside of this place is that to maximize space, you're packed in like sardines. The tables are basically on top of each other. A larger sized person would not fit getting in and out of their seat and my husband was constantly backing up into the people seated behind him. Overall, this is a place you definitely visit for the atmosphere above food. I will 100% be coming back for drinks, appetizers and more live music. It is an incredible spot especially for those looking for Cuban nostalgia.

We started off with a couple of mojitos and their Vaca Frita Tostones. You get these homemade maduro tostones topped off with shreeded beef in a moon sauce, pickled onion, and aji Amarillo aioli. A very delicious dish that didn't last long. Shortly after we received our main dish. I really hate when they do that. My wife ordered their Abuelas Ropa Vieja and I ordered their Masa de Puerco Chino. My wife didn't really care for her dish much. We've had plenty of Ropa Vieja before and would have preferred a congri type of rice as opppsed to just plain white rice. My dish was 10/10. Like in the name of "chino" this is an Asian inspired dish with fried rice, maduros, pineapple confit and crispy pork. A very delicious dish. It could have don't without the little salad on top, but at least it ads color to the dish. The crispy pork tasted so amazing and the fried had so much flavor. Mix in some of the maduros and you get a sweet and savory dish. Would definitely be returning to try this dish again.
