Crazy About You is one of those consistently good spots in Brickell. I love sitting outside because the view is beautiful, and their happy hour is one of my favorites. The drinks are always good, well mixed, and consistent, and I've always had great service. The food isn't necessarily fancy, but it doesn't need to be. It's just GOOD and consistently on point. I usually get the sliders, which are always tasty and cooked perfectly, and I love the fries. The croquetas are also some of my favorites, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The cornbread is another must, and the Basque cheesecake is AMAZING. Great views, great happy hour, good drinks, good food, and consistently good service. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Crazy About You is hands down the best spot in Brickell to watch the sunset. Sitting at the bar right by the bay watching the sun slowly disappear below the horizon with great company and amazing drinks, is the perfect way to end the day. The atmosphere is relaxing, the views are breathtaking, the drinks are excellent, and the whole experience is unforgettable. Came here for a date night and this restaurant is situated beautifully right on the water of downtown Miami. It was a typical humid night, but being right there adds for such a scenic and lovely view and atmosphere. The interior of the restaurant is just as cute with lots of whimsical themes and figurines and stuff allocated throughout - it's also spacious great for a large party. We ordered from the Miami spice week menu which includes an appetizer, main and dessert. The mahi mahi dip was delicious! So fresh and couldn't stop eating it. I also loved the caprese toast which is served on cornbread flatbreads. The oxtail tacos were decadent and the main was branzino not pictured. We decided to sit outside and enjoy the views, and the customer service was top notch. Everything is fresh to order and it's such a lovely spot for a date night or even a party! A pretty restaurant overlooking the Florida Straits in the downtown waterfront Brickell District. Whether sitting inside with its romantic setting or outside with its chill cozy vibes, this restaurant is perfect for a date night. From the moment we sat down, our waitress was warm and attentive. I wish I'd gotten her name. She made great recommendations that were all delicious. Is a simple but effective menu with starters included with the main dish. Great value for their portions. I stopped in for an early solo lunch without a reservation and was lucky enough to get a waterside table on the lower patio. It struck me as a perfect spot to return for a romantic full moon rise in the future. Francisco provided smooth, warm, and attentive service even as the lunch rush began. Service was pitch-perfect throughout. For appetizers, I had to try the famous Serrano ham croquettes and cornbread ($9). The three croquettes were lovely--light and crunchy. They paired perfectly with the Elderflower Spritz ($12). I definitely recommend both, and they are perfect for sharing. My main was the Wagyu skirt steak wedge salad with Roquefort blue cheese and applewood-smoked bacon ($25). This is a favorite salad of mine that I rarely make at home, but I always appreciate it when it's executed well. Overall, the prices feel fair for the location and the view. Service was impeccable during my visit, and arriving before the lunch rush probably worked in my favor. The only loss of a star is something the restaurant cannot control, but it did impact the ambiance: the nonstop helicopter tour platform nearby created an increasingly annoying background noise. Without that, the ambiance would easily be five stars. Tip: If you can, arrive early and request a table on the lower patio by the water. read more

I stopped in for lunch after a work meeting and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. I needed a "steak break," so I opted for the "I Can't Believe It's Not Carbonara"--and I have zero noodle regrets! The zucchini substitute combined with a delicious carbonara sauce meant there was no concern about the lack of traditional pasta. The zucchini more than filled the role, and I certainly appreciated the caloric savings. The chicken was also well-cooked, flavorful, and moist. I especially loved the tableside delivery and the unique touch of being served directly from a colander. The order isn't huge, which I appreciated, it felt the right size for lunch without weighing down your afternoon. Now, there were likely no calorie savings with the Serrano Ham Croquettes, but they are small and easily shareable if you want to spread the love. They are a true step up and a legitimate treat compared to run-of-the-mill mozzarella sticks. The decor kitsch continues right until the end--the check arrived in an old-school lunchbox! The staff were great throughout the meal, making for a seamless and enjoyable lunch. read more

What a fun venue! The decor is cool and the outside bar is awesome! I had the branzino - it was good but too much sauce. I also had the Tostones with bruschetta as my appetizer and it was amazing for dessert. I had the brownie, and I like the Eiffel Tower display, but the plates upon delivery were huge, took up almost the whole table along with the accoutrement serving tray. We stumbled upon Crazy About You via reviews of restaurants in Miami and I'm so happy we went! We were sat outside immediately and enjoyed the views of the ocean. Our waiter was awesome, he was friendly, quick, and helpful throughout our visit. We had to get the cornbread based off other reviews and WOW! They were not kidding. Crazy about you was our second choice. Our first choice was my name is Dolores, but you can call me Lolita and it was closed for a special event and the hostess recommend us to go to crazy about you. Similar menu sister restaurant 13 minute walk away from the first choice keep that mine is next to the water. Very nice. It was a very nice touch to have blankets in the patio. If you get cold, you can wear a blanket when you're having your dinner food wise the appetizer all the appetizer were amazing. Everybody choose different appetizer to try entry. Everybody ordered the same entry that was the Wagyu burger smash burger. Mine was without bread that was the only one that didn't like it. Everybody else did. Laura was our server and was exceptional! She was precise in taking our orders and refilling our waters. Very attentive and courteous, and she was patient in giving my sister updates for gluten free and dairy free options. The ambience of this place is divine! Colorful, classy and cute! The food was AMAZING! The cornbread is a must -- you have to try! The ham croquetas were tasty! Everyone loved their dishes. The grilled salmon salad was delicious and the salmon was moist. The pizza was unfortunately a little bland and a bit soggy in the middle. I also got an order of the ham croquettes as I was told by the wait staff that an appetizer came with the order for my pizza.... which was not the case as I was charged separately for it. It was a little confusing and I would have rather not ordered it. While the flavor wasn't too bad, it was so delicate that it was hard to eat - it'd fall apart while being picked up. Overall a pretty bad experience. Even putting the misunderstanding of the appetizer aside, I thought the food just wasn't that good. read more

Beautiful space. Food was tasty... fresh and well-seasoned. We dined here for an early dinner on Easter Sunday. The restaurant was super busy, so service was slow for both food and drinks. We waited at least 40 minutes for drinks and a little longer for our appetizers before our entrees came out. But, our waiter was attentive and explained the delay, and our drinks were comped. I would give them another try because the food was very good. Plus holidays are hectic so the delays were understandable. read more

This place is a gem in the city of Miami. From the food to the service to the decor to the location everything is usually top notch here. My boyfriend and I came in on a weekday and, despite not having a reservation, we were able to get a table almost immediately in the dining room as it was raining outside. The restaurant has a busy yet cozy bar and dining room area that feels romantic and super comfortable. Our server Yadanis was marvelous and so helpful to have during our meal. She was always around without that intrusive feeling and made sure every course had proper silverware and used plates removed before the next course. The food runners and bussers did a splendid job at manicuring the table and assisting to exude true teamwork. At this place when you order an entree you are automatically able to receive one of the appetizers to accompany your main beforehand. We ordered the Wagyu burger and Branzino to share and both were delectable. The burger was served with a side of shoestring fries that were fried to perfection. I mean, THIS is how you do French fries right! The branzino was cooked properly and served with a lemon butter like sauce that was served a side of au gratin potatoes. I usually don't partake in that side but couldn't resist from this restaurant. I couldn't recommend this place enough and considering we have friends at the Mark upstairs we'll gladly be back. read more

Astoundingly good classy bistro with killer Biscayne Bay views. Service and feed are very very good 5 star ambience: the back door and floor to ceiling plate glass faces the Bay. You can go in from the bay sidewalk or the front door of the condo. I've been here before but came recently for a work lunch. We started off with an Aperol spritz at the bar, which reminded me of being back in Italy. Upon being seated the waitress took our food and drink orders. Unfortunately, she forgot a couple of our drinks, which caused a delay in receiving them. The food was great! I found this restaurant based on this location to where I was staying. The first thing that caught my eye was the cornbread so I had to stop in to check it out. When you walk in, they have three different seating areas a bar style area, a formal restaurant area and then outside seating that overlooks the water. I didn't have time to stay in sit so I ordered it from the bar so I can grab my food and go. The bartender was friendly when I asked her about the tacos. She mentioned they were pretty good so I went with that. I ordered the cornbread as well as Mexican oxtail tacos. While waiting, she recommended a mango lemonade, I'm not sure if you can get unlimited refills, but if I stayed, I would definitely try. The oxtail tacos were good. I wasn't a fan of the big slice of avocado on the side. Since I ordered from the bar menu, it didn't say what exactly came on it, but the oxtail was amazing with the pineapples and onions. Now onto the cornbread, the cornbread was ok. I am not a fan of anything other than cornbread ingredients in my cornbread. In the cornbread there were pieces of corn I believe cheese and green onions. Wow the taste of any of those is not overpowering. It's just my personal preference. Outside of that for the two items I got it would definitely be worth going back to try more of their entrées. The pricing of the item for reasonable and they also take Apple Pay, which is a plus. read more

We had a reservation and ended up being seated outside on a weekday evening. The view was great, breeze was good and it was a very good table. Our server came promptly and the sangria was excellent. The Branzino and Oxtail tacos were both among my favorite dishes of the vacation. really good food here. The meal took a turn, however, when it came time to pay. We gave the waitress a credit card, she came back with it and said they were having problems with their credit card system and could we pay with debit or cash? We wondered how a debit card would help in this situation...same card reader, right? We fumbled around a bit, and almost did pay with cash, but didn't really want to be left with none for the rest of our trip. Who's expected to have $330 cash on them these days?? So, we asked them to run another card. She came back almost immediately (we sat near the POS station) and said it also did not work and she handed us the attached flyer. So, NOW we realize, wait a second. If they happened to be having trouble with the credit card system tonight, why in the world do they possess these laminated cards requesting cash/debit card payments?? Obviously because they pull this scheme all the time. We will leave that to your own guesses why they would prefer cash payments. But when we asked to speak to a manager, the waitress turned around and took one step, then turned right back towards us and asked for another card to see if it would work. And what do you know...IT DID!!!! On our way out we visited the bathroom. Wouldn'tcha know - there's an ATM in that hallway. Ah! The debit card mystery is explained. Ridiculous scheme. This place was pretty decent. Definitely nothing to write home about and I wouldn't be in a rush to come back here not to say I would never come back, but it wasn't amazing. We came because we wanted to sit on their patio as they do have a really nice patio, but apparently you can't make a reservation for the patio and when got there it was completely filled so we just had to sit inside which was not the experience that we were expecting but I also understand. What was strange though is I made a reservation and got to the host stand to check in. We were told to wait at the bar and ended up waiting for a while. I eventually went to the host stand to check on it and she told me she sent a text to me that my table was ready which I never got lmao. Just a little strange because we were so close at the bar and someone could have easily told us in person instead of us having to wait. One thing that I did like is that every entrée comes with an appetizer already included which I thought was very generous and a nice touch for them so I appreciated that. I feel like the service was just decent, not bad but not amazing either and I got the breakfast sandwich which was actually good but I feel like breakfast sandwiches are always good so that wasn't a surprise. I got a frozen sangria which was also really good too. I would in actuality give this place a 3.5 if I could because it was pretty decent to me. The view here was one of the best in the city, and I love the relaxing atmosphere outdoor. The food selection was very vast and so many more things I wanted to try. I also love that they offer to take your photos and print it out right on spot. Great for memories with friends and family. I was looking forward to dining here based on the recommendations from others on Yelp. When we walked in, there was a bar area. We didn't know that the restaurant was on the other side. The bartender and other staff saw us and didn't say a word. First impression of this place made me think the staff was rude and in need of training as far as greeting. We made our way to the restaurant side, and were seated right away. Our waiter was Manuel. He was pleasant, gave us our menus and explained that with the entree you could choose 1 appetizer. Since we had a big meal for lunch, my husband and I decided to share the black truffle linguine (very delicious), tostones and bruschetta for our appetizer, and their fresh baked cornbread (yum). The restaurant itself had a chic feel / the huge brick bear statue, Eiffel Towers that displays the dessert menu and also different art pieces giving it a Euro flair. I like how people dining were using everything from fancy dresses to shorts and t-shirts. Prices overall were reasonable. Genuinely don't know where to begin. The experience started with our waiter pulling a travel-size Bath & Body Works hand sanitizer out of his pocket and insisting we use it. Then he had us put our phones into a wooden box in the middle of the table before we'd even looked at the menu. Thankfully the appetizers were "free" with the entree, because I can't imagine paying for them. They were essentially inedible. Before our entrees even touched the table, a man wearing a Secret Service-style earpiece asked how everything was. We literally hadn't taken a bite. The gimmicks kept coming. The dessert menu was clipped to an Eiffel Tower sculpture from hobby lobby, and the check arrived in a little metal tin. I have gotten the Asian vegetable spring rolls It's very crispy, hot and an abundance of vegetables inside, as well as some nice sauce has a ginger flavor variation. Highly recommend. CORNBREAD: very flavorful Smoke mahi mahi fish dip. Is very different. The chips, thin crispy. They were called Plantain chips. Even the spinach leaf at the bottom was eaten. delicious.
