Had a spa day with my sister-in-law and decided to try this place, and I'm so glad we did! The spectacular ocean view and open air atmosphere made this place so cute and relaxing. The food was delicious, and the drinks were perfect! Our waiter was awesome and gave us some great drink recommendations. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

One of the best lunch with a view spots in the area. Lido is very well decorated from the moment you walk in from valet until you are seated. There are swings , statues, shrub lined walkways and a fun astrology call box. It was a sunny day with a bit of wind but a perfect day to be outside. We were seated promptly, greeted and offered with a few waters. We ordered the beet salad with blackened chicken, the octopus and a few drinks. Everything was delicious and fresh. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Endless water views from just about every table and very cute yellow and stripe furniture fill the outdoor dining area. We definitely recommend a stop here for lunch and a beautiful view. Cheers!

I went on Saturday, and the weather, views, and atmosphere were beautiful. The service was excellent, but the menu felt too simple. I would have liked a little more variety.

I'm gonna start this review with the good. The staff were wonderful. They were attentive and very nice, and even apologetic about where they had to seat me because of the rain. (I came because of the water views but the patio was closed cause of weather). Now the food was very meh. I ordered pasta di mare and it was not great, just good enough to barely eat. The sandia refresher was bad, I couldn't even finish it. It was like something mixed in was either old or stale as it had a horrible aftertaste. However I was celebrating my birthday so they offered me a free dessert. I chose the lemoncello cake and it was delish! Ate every crumb. I would come back simply because the restaurant is beautiful, but maybe just appetizers or small bites.

The Standard is one of my favorite staycation spots, so when a friend invited me for a Mother's Day dinner I was genuinely looking forward to a relaxing, pampered night out. Unfortunately, it didn't quite land that way. It started before we even sat down -- my friend had been at the pool after her spa service and couldn't get a server's attention despite flagging down several. Not the vibe you want going into a special dinner. Once we were seated, the tuna carpaccio was unavailable, so I went with the hamachi crudo. It was delicious, but the figs were noticeably hard. We asked about the branzino and whether it needed a side -- we were told it really didn't -- and then it came out as literally just fish on a plate. My friend ordered a side after the fact, and it took a long time to arrive. To make it worse, our silverware was cleared too early, so we sat there with food in front of us and nothing to eat with. I had the 3 cheese ravioli -- the short rib sugo was highlighted on the menu, but given the price point, the short rib itself felt like more of a garnish than a feature. Some items were comped and the staff apologized multiple times, which was appreciated. But for a Mother's Day dinner at a place with such good memories attached to it, it just felt like a letdown. Hoping this was an off night, because I want to love this place. But it's hard to recommend right now.

The food was extremely disappointing. I was served completely undercooked chicken with visible blood, which is completely unacceptable, especially at a restaurant with these prices. What made the experience even worse was the lack of response from the staff. When I expressed how unacceptable the food was, there was no apology, no concern, and no real effort to make the situation right. They even offered to pack the chicken to go, which I found unbelievable. When I received it, the chicken was completely burned. I paid a $250 bill for an experience that was honestly shocking. I could buy a much better-quality chicken at Whole Foods for around $12. The standards at The Standard are really low. Unfortunately, this experience was nowhere near the level I would expect from a restaurant charging these prices.

Short rib tacos, avocado side and Caesar salad

Beautiful location for a restaurant at the Standard hotel. I came here after a much needed self-care spa day so I was by myself. I sat right next to the water with a gorgeous view. I ordered a Caesar salad but the waitress forgot my avocado that I asked for on the side and I had to ask multiple times in order for it to be brought to the table. I also ordered the short rib tacos which were phenomenal. It came 3 tacos to an order. There were some tourists sitting near me which were extremely loud and obnoxious, but beyond that I had a relaxing day.

Delicious brunch. They also have vegan options!

Lido bayside grill is part of the standard hotel. My girlfriends and I had a girls spa day and decided to come here for brunch. The food was amazing and our server was very friendly and attentive despite how busy it was on a Saturday. The grill is right next to their outdoor pool. It was very cold outside when we came here and luckily they had patio heaters out for us. I had the eggs Benedict with potatoes and it was amazing. They also have vegan options which is a plus. Plenty of food options to choose from. My girlfriends all really enjoyed their meals. The food portions were nice and prices were very reasonable despite being part of a hotel and spa. Highly recommend!

I came to Lido for brunch with a friend and we had a great time. We got to sit by the water. The weather was so nice. The service was great and the food was delicious. I ordered the eggs benedict with smoked salmon and had coconut water. It's a really nice restaurant and it's always a good time at The Standard!

Great service, beautiful views, and delicious food! Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. The views made the experience even better. Definitely a place I would recommend and visit again!

Ocean View

Absolutely flawless lunch experience -- worth going out of your way for. I came here for lunch with my mom and it was one of those rare dining experiences where everything clicks. We managed to get a last-minute reservation and were seated with a stunning ocean view, exactly what we were hoping for. The weather was perfect, the breeze off the water was ideal, and the overall energy of the space was relaxed yet elevated -- upscale without feeling pretentious. We ordered the steak frites, and I don't say this lightly: they were prepared perfectly. Cooked exactly to our individual preferences, seasoned beautifully, and paired with crisp, golden fries that didn't need anything extra (but somehow still benefited from everything). It's one of those dishes that sounds simple until you realize how rarely it's executed this well. We also shared the guacamole with their homemade crackers, which deserves its own shout-out. Fresh, balanced, addictive -- the crackers alone are reason enough to come back. Even the small details were spot-on: ice-cold Cokes, attentive but never intrusive service, and a team that clearly understands hospitality. They made us feel welcomed, unrushed, and genuinely taken care of. This was one of those meals that turns into a memory -- not just because of the food, but because of how it made us feel. If you're anywhere near Miami Beach and want a lunch that delivers on view, food, service, and vibe, this place is a no-brainer. We'll absolutely be back.

I met a friend here for lunch. I'd been warned about the expensive valet, but I was running late so I didn't have time to look elsewhere for parking. The location is amazing! The food and service was great! The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is for the valet and pricing. I ordered the guacamole with chips and the tuna ceviche. My friend had the watermelon salad with a side of blackened tofu. The food was delicious. The waiter was great. There's a 20% gratuity added to your check. I gave him a little extra because he was so nice. My bill was about $54 before I added a bit more. We only had water. My friends bill was $25+ I'd go back but definitely find parking elsewhere and walk!

Unfortunately, neither lived up to expectations. We started with the "jumbo" wings, which were anything but jumbo. We received only flats, and they were some of the smallest wings I've ever been served. After bringing this to the staff's attention, we were told the manager would take 50% off the order. However, when the bill arrived, we were informed that the manager had already left and the discount could no longer be honored. Instead, we were given only the $4 happy hour discount, despite being promised otherwise. For our entrées, we ordered the brisket sandwich and the half chicken. Neither was worth ordering. The chicken lacked the crispy texture it was advertised to have, and the brisket was bland and without flavor. The sandwich was also supposed to come with truffle fries, but instead we were served cold, plain fries. After mentioning it, the solution was to bring us a side of truffle oil and Parmesan cheese and ask us to mix it ourselves. The service was equally disappointing. We asked our server twice for drink refills, but she never brought them. We eventually had to flag down another server just to get our beverages refilled. Overall, this was a frustrating dining experience from start to finish. Between the poor-quality food, unfulfilled promises regarding the bill, and inattentive service, this restaurant fell well below the standard I would expect from a Miami establishment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the current level of food quality and customer service is simply unacceptable. and quality is embarrassing for miami.

Located inside the Found Hotel (a Marriott Edition), Bar Luca is a little restaurant with a beautiful bar area and attractive decor. The wicker-seated chairs aren't super comfortable, but they have other options. The service was friendly and prompt, and the food arrived quickly and steaming hot. Portions are huge - easily large enough to split. Expect tons of garlic. Prices seem typical for Miami Beach; $20 cocktails, $22 glasses of wine and entreés are ~$30+. Please note they have an 18% service added to the bill. The worst part was the bathroom experience. They're down a badly-maintained staircase behind the host stand, through an untidy/messy lobby (we saw piles of dirty towels and someone's bike). The women's bathroom smelt terrible, like they hadn't emptied the trash in days. The floor was filthy, one toilet had leaked, and there was no soap. Such a terrible shame, it let the whole experience down.
