What a gem of a restaurant! We had a table for 4 indoor in the main room. At Casa Tua you will be delighted with service with the choice of cocktails and with super delicious meals. The various pasta dishes are cooked to perfection. The meal presentations were spot on. I was so busy enjoying my food that I forgot to take pictures (I do have a picture of my emptied plate.) Went here for my boyfriend's birthday and it was incredible. The pasta was 10/10, as well as the veal Milanese a beef carpaccio. Everything had so much flavor. The Parmesan on the beef carpaccio was so good. I think the Cacio E Pepe was my favorite dish, I ate it so quickly that I forgot to take a pic!! Service was amazing and the ambiance was great. We got lucky and found an opening on Resy for a Friday evening. Upon arriving and checking in with the hostess, she sat us quickly. Service was fantastic and I could tell they were focusing on the details. There were staff and managers all over making sure everyone was happy and running smoothly. We started with a BURRATA salad, it was good, fresh and able to share between 2-3. For a pasta, we ordered MEZZI RIGATONI AL RAGOUT DEL BORGO which is basically a meat sauce. Very delicious and good to share! My fav of the evening. Also, we ate the VEAL MILANESE, it was tasty but I wish there was an option to choose chicken instead. Finally, we ordered a dessert, I can't remember what it's called but the pic is included. It was a nice palette cleanser, not too sweet, as some desserts can be. My husband surprised me with a dinner reservation at Casa Tua South Beach to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The ambiance is beautiful--elegant, intimate, and welcoming. After a short wait in the bar area, we were escorted to our table, where we found it beautifully decorated with roses and rose petals in honor of our anniversary. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. In fact, the couples dining around us were joking with my husband that he was making them look bad because their tables didn't have the same romantic setup. It made us feel incredibly special. What impressed me most was how genuine the hospitality felt. I've dined at many of Miami's most exclusive and expensive restaurants, and sometimes they make you feel like you should be grateful just to be there. Casa Tua is the complete opposite. The team genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for every guest. They aren't pretentious--they're warm, thoughtful, and focused on hospitality. Those little details make all the difference. The food was absolutely phenomenal. While the menu isn't extensive, everything we ordered was exceptional. I had just returned from a trip to Italy, and I can honestly say the truffle pasta at Casa Tua was every bit as good as the best pasta I had there. It was outstanding. The Branzino deserves its own paragraph. I've ordered Branzino at some of the finest restaurants around the world, and this was, without question, the best Branzino I've ever eaten. It was cooked perfectly and absolutely unforgettable. To top off an already incredible evening, the restaurant surprised us with a complimentary dessert beautifully decorated with "Happy Anniversary." It was another thoughtful touch that made our celebration feel even more personal and memorable. Dessert was incredible, the wine selection was excellent, and every single course exceeded our expectations. Another pleasant surprise was the value. Considering the quality of the food, the level of service, the beautiful setting, and the location in South Beach, I expected to spend far more. I've paid nearly twice as much at other Miami restaurants and left far less impressed. Finding this combination of exceptional food, genuine hospitality, beautiful ambiance, and reasonable pricing is incredibly rare. I also have to recognize our server. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, which is a shame because he deserves a special mention. He was a young gentleman from Venezuela who provided some of the best service I've received in a very long time. He was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. Every recommendation he made was excellent, and throughout the evening, we never felt rushed. Instead, we felt cared for and welcomed, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. In today's world, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find restaurants that excel in every category: outstanding service, exceptional food, beautiful ambiance, and fair pricing. Casa Tua delivered on all of them. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary there on Thursday, July 2, and it was an evening we'll never forget. From the beautifully decorated table with roses and petals to the complimentary anniversary dessert, every detail made us feel celebrated. I sincerely hope this level of hospitality is what they consistently deliver because if it is, they have earned lifelong customers. If you want to have a fancy expensive, romantic dinner like in the movies this is a great spot for all that. The atmosphere is definitely upscale. The food was good I had the ny strip loin with roasted potatoes. The service just like everything else was 5 star level. Everything I had I enjoyed, but I am a big fan of burrata and there's is among my favorite. We made a reservation two days in advance for 10:00 PM and arrived on time for what was supposed to be a special night, our wedding anniversary. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely unwelcome. As people of a different ethnic background, we couldn't help but feel that we were being treated differently. No one greeted us. A staff member simply pointed and said, "Go straight and turn left," without any attempt to welcome us. We sat on the couch and watched the server repeatedly approach and assist everyone around us while completely ignoring us. Eventually, someone reluctantly came over, but nothing happened after that. We waited for 45 minutes. During that entire time, nobody checked on us, updated us, apologized for the delay, or even acknowledged that we were still waiting. Meanwhile, every other party sitting near us, including several groups who arrived after we did, was seated before us. When I finally asked what was going on, all I got was, "Just a little longer." At that point it was almost 11:00 PM, and the restaurant closes at 11:30 PM. After making us wait nearly an hour, were we supposed to have a rushed anniversary dinner with 30 minutes left before closing? No one should have to beg for basic respect after making a reservation and showing up on time. We came to celebrate an important occasion, but instead we left feeling ignored, disrespected, and deeply disappointed. Whether this treatment was because of poor management or something else, the experience made us feel singled out, and that's not something any guest should experience. We left without ever being seated. There are far too many excellent restaurants in Miami that actually value their guests. We will never come back, and I certainly cannot recommend this place. read more

I had the most frustrating reservation process and poor customer service. This restaurant advertises a strict 21-day reservation policy, so I called several times in advance to confirm when I could book a February 14 (Valentine's Day) reservation. They referred me to book online. When I called each time, I was told I could not book yet because it was outside the 21-day window. I followed those instructions exactly and stayed up until MIDNIGHT ON THE 13th TO MEET THE TIME FRAME, when the reservation window was SUPPOSED to open. NO reservations were available. Planning for a special occasion shouldn't be this stressful. The process felt disorganized and dismissive, and this experience alone was enough to deter me from event trying to book here again. read more

Casa Tua is a high-end restaurant to celebrate a very special occasion. We were 3 couples here on a Friday evening to celebrate 2 anniversaries and the engagement of one very happy couple. We drove here from Boynton Beach which was 1.5 hours through some traffic but it was well-worth the trip. Valet parking was available around the corner for $25 and another self-parking lot for $30. The venue is very private- hidden by a natural fence surrounding the entire perimeter. You enter through a domed gate and walk up 3 small steps with railings on both sides. There you are in the middle of a very charming courtyard where you have the option of eating. Then you walk inside to a lovely lobby of a center hall colonial - rooms on either side of a staircase filled with patrons intimately seated in lovely decorated dining rooms. This is a WOW moment! This is our third time dining at this venue and each time I had the same feeling. We were comfortably seated at a rectangular table. It was quiet enough for us to hear each other speak and enjoy each other's company. The Waite staff was incredulous - very professional and trained. We ordered a bottle of wine and cocktails to start. It's the little touches that make the experience so memorable. The ice cube had an embedded heart carved into it. A diverse bread basket was on the table with olive oil for dipping. It was hard to resist. The appetizers were shareable. Some ordered the caprice buratta special. It was luscious. The grilled octopus was amazing as well. The entrees ordered were the Bronzino over some veggies, Prime beef Tenderloin 6 oz filet Mignon with foie gras, shrimp risotto, FETTUCCINE AI FUNGHI Wild Mixed Mushrooms, Black Truffle, Parmesan, Fonduta and the lamb chops. We also ordered a couple of sides, such as spinach and crispy cubed potatoes. All were out of this world! We also had an amazing dessert: a pistachio gelato that swirled up in a high tower. Unreal! We also ordered the cheese platter which offered Parmigiana Refiano, Pecorino, Manchego, Brie, Gorgonzola. Unfortunately, that wasn't that exciting and the grapes weren't sweet - somewhat disappointing. The restaurant sent over a TIRAMISU CASA TUA with a candle gratis to celebrate which was a very nice touch. As I said at the beginning of this review, this is not an average run of the mill restaurant. It's a place to celebrate very special times in our lives. We came to this place to celebrate the anniversary of a friendly couple. I can not imagine that we could have visited any other place. Service was like in Europe, no rush! They gave us the time to enjoy our company, servers being always around but not bothering. We trusted the daily additions that were suggested and every plate was tasteful. The scenery was impressive. When we arrived, the location seemed like a regular house off the street but walking into the venue, it was totally beautiful. The entire patio was candlelit with fresh roses on each table. The restaurant is usually booked but we were able to get a reservation and sit outside. The weather was nice and the ambience outside was so romantic. We started with Mushroom Truffle Pasta -shared this dish. Everything was fresh. Pasta was homemade. For the entree, I had the lamb chops (medium), so flavorful with a side of roasted potatoes and spinach. Also for dessert we had the Tiramisu (omg so amazing). You won't be able to contain yourself from eating a whole plate. The branzino is quite the presentation; covered in a sort of baked shell that they crack open and serve. Very lovely fish. Beef tenderloin with fois gras was incredible and tender, we ordered an additional plate after the first to enjoy with our wine. The casa tua donuts are guilty pleasure for sure! I hosted a private event here on Wednesday morning for 48 guests and had an exceptional experience. The staff was great, the food was great, and Casa Tua location perfectly located two blocks from Art Basel can't be beat. My workplace has this breakfast at their location every year. It was my first time coordinating; I arrived early and was quickly accommodated by valet. I worked quickly with the staff to adjust the headcount. The upstairs room had a cozy and welcoming feel. I also really like their furniture. Their outside terrace allowed us to accommodate an additional 10 guests. This particular morning was a little chilly, but once the sun came out the terrace was the best place to be. If you are considering a place for a special event I highly recommend Casa Tua. read more

Casa Tua has long been one of my favorite spots in Miami, which made it the obvious choice for our wedding venue. But after spending close to six figures on what was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives, I can confidently say: never again. Let's start with the basics--room services. You'd think a bridal suite would come with at least the bare minimum of fresh towels and housekeeping, but apparently, that's too much to ask. After a full day of celebration, we returned to an unclean room with no towels, forcing me to parade through the venue in my pajamas the next morning to beg for some. A directory or even a note on who to contact? Nonexistent. Then there was the food--or lack thereof. No one thought to set aside a plate for the bride and groom. It's Wedding 101, people! And despite paying for 103 guests when only 97 attended, we never saw any of the "extra" food we paid for. When we asked about it, we got conflicting stories and zero resolution. At this point, I would have settled for a breadstick. Now let's talk drinks. We prepaid for a bar package, set a drink cap, and still got hit with an additional $20,000 in bar charges. Guests told us their half-finished drinks were whisked away, forcing them to reorder unnecessarily. The cherry on top? My husband was pulled aside during the reception to settle the bill. Because nothing says "romance" like dealing with an invoice on your wedding day. When we tried to resolve these issues, Michele, the manager, offered us a comped dinner as a goodwill gesture for the food we never got. Except, wait for it--she later rescinded the offer. No apology, no accountability, just defensiveness and an attitude so unprofessional it left us speechless. Casa Tua, you had one job: deliver a magical, seamless experience worthy of your reputation and our investment. Instead, you gave us stress, unanswered questions, and a masterclass in how NOT to treat your clients. So, to anyone considering Casa Tua for your big day: save yourself the disappointment.
