First time at the Vineyard Chubby's but we are regulars at the PG location so we know what to order. Our favorites: Crispy Southern BBQ sandwich (coleslaw) Chubby's Cheesesteak (zippy horseradish mayo!) Shrimp Po' Boy (snappy shrimp in a soft bun) Any burgers that meet your fancy He likes the battered fries, I like the regular Chicken Strawberry Salad (seasonal strawberries) Shakes (banana cream pie, oh my!) Chicken tenders with ranch or tartar dipping sauce This location is louder than PG and parking isn't as plentiful because they're sharing it with the movie theater, but it's nice to know we have a good place for dinner before or after a movie. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich, but they later came to our table to let us know they didn't have any and switched our order. Shouldn't the kitchen have told the cashiers when they were getting close to running out so they would either check or let the customer know there's a limited supply? My chicken tenders were tough (we get them all the time in PG; these seemed maybe over cooked) and the shrimp breading was crispier than PG. read more

Service was fast but not professional. My real complaint was the food. Both burgers (meat) were very dry and crusty like it was made and put in a warmer or left too long on the griddle waiting for an order. The bun (almost my favorite part normally) was tired and dry. The regular fries were fresh but the beer batter fries were half the portion of regular fries and cold. Third time there and about the same experience each time. Quality is sub-par. I am a huge fan of Chubbys (Saratoga) but Vineyard needs to up their game. Probably won't be back. read more

The burgers where delicious! But the regular fries and the Mac and cheese weren't great. My hubby had the mashed potatoes and said they were great! The scones were also very good! I've been told to try the beer batter fries next time we go. It's a great little neighborhood place. Over all it was good but I think next time I go I'll get something else. :) read more

Omg it is sooo good. Everything made to order and they are quick. I always get the chicken and shrimp. 3 thick and juicy tenders and 6 shrimp. They have what seems to be home made bbq sauce and even have cocktail sauce for the fried shrimp. I'm not a fan of their shakes but everything else is spot on.... Especially the Rueben read more

The best food in Utah County hands down. Even at the other locations. Extremely consistent, friendly, and cost efficient. Big portions for the price! The place is always tidy, and well run. I also am very impressed by the way the restrooms look and smell all the time. Never a bad experience! My husband and I decided to give Chubby's a try. We took our youngest son to Chubby's the next day. And last night we took our daughter (our pickiest eater). She LOVED it! She said they had the yummiest chicken strips she's ever tried. My husband & son tried the halibut basket & the shrimp basket. And I tried their "Utah Birger"...YUM!!!! Their burgers are hand-shaped and oh-so-juicy. They have a bunch of different sides that you can choose from. Our favorites are the coleslaw, beer-battered fries, & the Mac-n-Cheese. They have COVID-19 thing down, so you shouldn't worry about that--just go & enjoy! read more

First of all the restaurant is very spacious. I love how open it feels because it gives a nice feel to the place. My go to is the guacamole bacon cheeseburger. DELICIOUS. The food is all very fresh, it makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Since I have celiac, I love this place even more because they have an excellent gluten free burger. My only complaint is how long it takes for them to bring out the food. I usually come in around 11:30am when there is little to no line, but it takes my food about 10-15 minutes to be prepared. Love Chubby's! The food is always fresh and tasty. Super friendly staff and very clean. They do A LOT of take out so that says something about how good this place is. I've been there at least once a week since they opened. The Husband gets the cheesesteak with scones on the side. I get my usual chicken tenders (always amazing) with beer batter fries. Don't forget fry sauce because it's yummy and we're Utah. To top it off they have an elusive drink option called Mountain Dew goji strawberry citrus. Just try it, you'll love it. read more

We are new to Chubbys. We went to the new location in Vineyard. Based on the recommendation of the staff I got the Philly. It was not great. Those local tell me they offer the best burgers and shakes in the area. We will try them again soon and focus lore on the popular parts of the menu. read more

My wife and I decided to try Chubby's at the last minute, and went to their new location next to the Megaplex Theaters on Geneva. She ordered the Guacamole Burger and a Scone (as the side), while I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss Burger, with Beer Battered Fries on the side. Before I had ordered, I asked if the mushrooms were fresh (yummy!) or canned (gross!). The cashier turned to whom I thought was the manager --but turned out to be the owner!--and relayed my question. Not only did he reassure me that they used fresh mushrooms, but that they ground up mushrooms as well to use in a remoulade...on a burger! The place was mildly busy on a Friday night, but we arrived past the main dinner rush. The seating is typical for a fast casual restaurant, but tables were far enough apart that you didn't feel like other guests were crawling on top of you to get around. The drink station was clean and organized, as was the condiment station. Napkins are at the tables, and are wide paper towels on a vertical roll, which hold up well. Being a transplant patient, I cannot use common ketchup dispensers [due to risk of bacterial buildup on the handle and the spout], so I approached the owner to ask if they had any ketchup packets, as well as why I was asking. He offered to pour some in a cup from a fresh bag, which I greatly appreciated. When he arrived with the ketchup, he not only brought three cups ("Just in case I needed more."), but had gloves on, too! Additionally, he stated that he had put on the clean gloves before getting the cups, while dispensing the ketchup, as well as delivering it to my table. Now THAT is spectacular customer service! I thanked him profusely for the efforts he made! The meal itself was fantastic! To say that this mushroom and swiss burger was the best I'd eaten in decades would NOT be an understatement. The burger was perfectly charred, wonderfully moist, flavorful and absolutely delicious with all the toppings that came with it. In fact, I added nothing to the burger, because it just didn't need anything else! The beer battered fries were a tad too strong on the beer for my liking, but they were nicely cooked and I ate a good amount of the large portion that was served. My wife devoured her guacamole burger, and barely talked during her meal! The scones that she ordered were huge! The two flat scones arrived dusted with powdered sugar, with a side of honey butter. As I do not like honey butter, I took only a nice piece for myself, and found it to be sweet, yeasty and yummy! The only knock against the scones was that they could have been cooked for another 15-30 seconds which would have made them crispy instead of softer. Aside from the restaurant having Pepsi products (instead of Coke--but I worked through the issue!), Chubby's was a pleasant and most welcomed surprise. For a first-time diner, the experience only left me wanting more! We will DEFINITELY be back for another round, and want to try the other offerings on their menu! The mushroom burger is so good! Of they bring back the jalapano peanut butter burger you have to try it

My wife ordered an All American burger WITHOUT cheese. The manager specifically repeated it back -- no cheese. You guessed it, the burger came WITH cheese. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich, and while its taste was delicious, every single bite of meat had a piece of gristle it. Having to pull the offending chunks out of your north while eating definitely detracts from the enjoyment. As I said, it tasted great, but fire to the gristle, I'll never order it again. read more

Another disappointing experience at this location. Some background: I have a bunch of old gift certificates (not cards) from the Pleasant Grove location. I emailed the owners (or whoever responds on their website) and asked if they were still good and if they could be used at the Vineyard location. He assured me that they could. In fact, I successfully used them twice. Then tonight, I was told that they were only good at the PG location. I told the cashier that I had used one just the other day at this location, which just confused her. I finally just said, "That's alright," and paid normally. The moral of the story here is "Go to the PG location." I've gone to the PG location many times over the years and have never had any issues that I can recall. I've gone to the Vineyard location 3 times and had problems twice. read more

This Chubby's has a great location, right by the movie theater! My friend wanted to come here so we all went together. I ordered the chicken tenders here and I wish I would've gotten the burger. The chicken tenders were average, they were a little bland. However, I did order the 3 piece meal and they gave me 4 instead so that was a bonus! I did try my friend's Guacamole burger and it was really good! I wish I would've gotten that instead. I also tried the Oreo shake and it was pretty tasty! I don't know if I would come back here again, but if my friends wanted to go I'd go along for the ride and order the guacamole burger and oreo read more

This place is amazing!!! Went on a date night with my husband and this place did not disappoint. I ordered the blue bacon burger and it was yummy. The bread it was on was so soft it reminded me of smash burgers buns but better. My husband got the chubby cheese steak and it was also very good. We ended our meal with highly recommended scones!!! Now, even if you come here just for the scones, that alone would make your trip worth it! You can get these as a side but they are pretty big size (the side comes with 2 scones about the size of your hand) and they come with a side of honey butter.
