Ok donuts are my weakness.... lol I shouldn't have them but I do. I search for a shop around me looking for a mom n pop shop and that's what I found!!!! Can use some interior help, but it's a great location for good old donuts! O...M....G, they had the best by far ham and cheese croissant. It didn't just have a thin single slice of ham or then piece of cheese.... Dude, this had cheese pull game!!! Cold! I didnt ask to warm it up just had it has it was which was room temp luke warm. I am most diff coming back for another . I also bought 2 glaze and 1 glaze old fashion, and boy ole boy it was good. Trust me, I know my pastries along w burgers pizza and burritos hahaha. They have the most fabulous donuts, but on this day, I decided to try a croissant breakfast sandwich and was disappointed. I think they're premade wrapped in plastic and then microwaved. I have had many donuts, cinnamon rolls, bagels, bear claws, apple fritters, all delicious. I would stay that direction rather than the sandwich for now. read more

This is my family's go to Donut shop. My husband grew up around the corner and has been coming here nearly 50 years. The last time we stopped in was after the 4th of July parade. We were treated with friendly service. It was slow inside, since it was 4th of July and in the afternoon. My grandpa loves the apple fritters. I love the donut holes. Best donuts hands down. It is a Fullerton staple! Easy parkinglot access and owners are nice.

Go ahead and skip this place. Donuts are hard and stale and not good, meanwhile the croissants aren't fully baked and doughy and gross.

Very disappointed. It appears they made a lame extra sheet of sub par just about plain donuts. The guy seemed a lil irked. Told me at first could only fill 2 of the orders. Then I said how do I get my money back. Instead. He was like. I'll just give you fresh. Now just to let anyone reading this know. I've been using this app for a yr or two now. This is the first time I've gotten donuts that are not a variety and - this experience will have me never recommending or using Christy's. It's a shame too. This place has had to close 3 times since about July 22, due to "Rodent Infestation". Not closed for long, but still... So you know its factual, check the county web site. I am always on the lookout for donut shops. So when I spotted Christy's Donuts in Fullerton, I just had to drop in. The strip mall they are located in has definitely seen better days. That is no fault of the shop though. Inside the shop, it appeared clean and pleasant. Customer service was good as well. I purchased my favorite kind of donut. Whenever I see that a shop has a Custard Filled Chocolate donut, then that is what I will try. Their version was good. Did not stand out over other shops, but it tasted fresh. No Lotto or Scratcher tickets sold here unlike many other mom and pop donut shops. Would not deter me from coming in whenever I am in the neighborhood, though. read more

If you come here make sure you quadruple check that they got you order. This morning it was a while 20 min ordeal for whatever reason. There was no people when we came and in and it was still unclear. However they did charge us only to later say they forget to charge something else. When I finally got to eat my sandwich what did I see? Old dried veggies and mustard! It would've been nice to know that it came with especially if they confirmed if I wanted mayo, salt and pepper. Why leave out mustard??? Now 1/3 of the veggies are not edible. read more

If you're in for some simple donuts around this part of the neighborhood, Christy's Donuts is an option. In the morning I would have coworkers offer donuts from here. Overall, they taste okay, nothing too crazy, they're plain simple and sweet. In those early part of the day they do offer them fresh and warm, with no complaints. If you would like a better variety it's best to come in the morning, because in the afternoon there can be a chance that the selection of donuts can be limited due to the fact they close around 5 p.m. Outside of the fried sweet treats, Christy's offer really good creamy smoothies and that's what I come here for the most part. I would normally order their "Strawberry Banana Smoothie". Around $4-$5 for a large size, I would get them extra blended without having chunks of ice, and they make them from scratch using fresh fruits. My other go-to drink here would be their "Thai-Iced Tea" it taste decent and you can tell of its creamy appearance outside the cup. On my visits, there was a few times the staff can be a bit rushy, but service has been okay and they never fail when making my refreshing smoothies. They do have breakfast sandwiches on the menu and maybe I'll give that a shot to start off my day for next time. read more

I ended up here as a last resort after seeing the line at Nick's Bagels. We were running late, and I really did not want fast food for breakfast, but truth be told, we would've been better off at Carl's Jr. down the road. I was set on having a bagel, so we ordered 2, one with ham, egg and cheese with a tomato and another one with avocado, cream cheese, and lox but without the cappers. The lady behind the counter had a hard time understanding our order even though we ordered a #4 and a #12 to make it simple. Language barrier, immigrant parents, I empathize with that. That wasn't the issue. Another lady rang us up with 1 donut and a small juice. I specifically told her the bagels we got since she didn't take the order: #4 and #12. Didn't think too much of the total when she told me. Fast forward to when we get to the car, and I had a completely different order. I understand shit happens, but I knew the lox bagel I got cost almost twice as much as some other bagels, so I went back in to complain. After flagging her down, she offered to take the bagel back and add the lox, yelling to the lady in the back that she had forgotten it. By this time, we were already super late because the Bagels took forever, so I told her I'll take it as is and just wanted the difference in money back. Tell me why this lady couldn't remember she rang me up 7 mins ago. She goes back to shout at the other lady, asking her what she charged me. After yelling back to her to tell her SHE was the one at the register, she tries to tell me that I told her I ordered a #4 and a #7. And then 1 second later, she changed it to a #4 and a #11. After looking at the register receipt, she has the audacity to tell me I actually owe her money for the bagel I got and asked for 50 cents, not once apologizing for getting the order wrong or all the commotion she created. Her tone was extremely rude and off putting. She only cared about what was in the register. Also, there was a fat fly hanging out in the donuts and I knew for a fact she saw it when she grabbed someone else's donut and didn't do a damn thing about it. Needless to say, 100% do not recommend. The croissant is always perfect, a quality ham inside, melty cheese, and a good distribution of jalapeño. Coffee is brewed strong here which is excellent. This is a nice local donut shop. Nothing really special, but if you go there in the morning, their donut holes are great. The owners are always nice and they definitely have that your local friendly neighbor donut shop vibe. Absolutely disgusting. This place is nasty and should be shut down. It is not clean inside, and are spotty on freshness (I honestly believe they do not throw away their old donuts but instead keep stale donuts several days in an effort to get every dime they can). I made the mistake of buying a donut there one Saturday morning. Dry, old, revolting. Staff is surly, and the following event ACTUALLY HAPPENED: during the COVID-19 lockdown, they remained open and allowed various people to congregate inside. I went in to get something to go, thinking maybe I just had gone there on a bad day. The donuts looked better ( it was a Tuesday). The clerk fetched my donuts with a tong and placed them on a tray that clearly had not been cleaned from the last time she used it. Just then, a nasty looking derelict cut in front of me. He bent over and lifted his pant leg, revealing a scabby, dirty leg with open sores. He fished a crisp, folded $20 bill from his sock and stood up to hand it to the female clerk. The bill had a disgusting splatter of wet blood and scab on it that was visible from 10 feet away. He apparently was paying for coffee. I felt instantly ill and walked out. I did not want to eat anything from there, and I sure as hell did not want to get change. I went to my car, and through the window the clerk looked to be getting change for the derelict. Worlds worst donut store! Not only did they charge my card twice, they used another card for a total of 3 times over charged.. Yes mistakes happen but when I called they told me to show a receipt for all three charges.. Why would I have 3 receipts for one charge! Then blamed me and told me it was my cards fault! Good old fashioned traditional donuts. I have been coming to Christy's for years! I love all of their donuts, they have the best Boston cream chocolate donut and wonderful buttermilk donuts as well! There sometimes have specials like Cronuts and they also have other freshly baked muffins and goodies. It's one of those donut shops where the donuts are dense, warm, and the frosting is rich and creamy.
