I came here initially to just purchase a lotto ticket, but when I stepped in, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and professional male employee. I really love how hospitable he was and decided to try some of their items. The ambiance is very down to earth, chill, and typical like any donut shop you can think of. There is a lot more room than usual and they also have more food items than what I recall with other donut shops. I saw what seemed like a crepe rolled up pastry with different toppings on it and found out they call them "burrito", but is a dessert type. I got myself one of those "burritos", a bear claw, and an original crueller. "Burrito" - 4.5/5 the flavor was fine and I got the apple topping with cinnamon. Flavor was on point. The texture was a bit hard for my teeth, but nothing horrible. I just prefer softness when it comes to sweets/donuts. Bear Claw - 5/5 It was so moist, perfectly sweeten, and I don't know how they made it look so perfectly portioned to where it actually did look like a clean looking bear claw, but that definitely helped when I was pulling each "claw" and enjoying each bite. Definitely a must have. Crueller - 5/5 it was extremely soft and moist on the first bite. I devoured that thing like nothing in one sitting. Food They had a ton of good donut options. Additionally, they have croissants, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffees, and other drinks. I grabbed an iced mocha and a half dozen donuts. Chocolate cream filled, chocolate bar, blueberry, chocolate sprinkles, and a M&M's one. If you couldn't tell, my family loves chocolate. This donut shop is open 24/7 and they make fresh donuts multiple times per day. There are always people hanging out, eating & chatting whenever we go by. It's fairly quiet & pretty chill. We often get donuts, coffee, and/or breakfast sandwiches here, but we also decided to go back for my son's birthday donuts - again. Everyone enjoyed the variety of donuts and we loved how fresh they were. I originally set up my pick up time for 8AM, but when I didn't show up by about 830, they called just to make sure I didn't forget. The old fashioned is my favorite! I grabbed a box of donuts to bring to work. This was the perfect stop. I was in and out pretty quickly. Service was fast and they are friendly. I've driven past this donut shop several times, and finally had the time in the morning to drop in. It does get crowded in the mornings, so plan for that. They are quick, take credit cards and Apple Pay for a half dollar charge. The only downsides are that you need to come early or your favorites run out like the mini apple fritters. Alright yall need to hear me out. This donut shop is a decent one and even better when it's 5am. BUTTT, If you go here for a late night snack or late drink.. that's a different story. The reason I'm writing this review is for a few things. Wait time, customer service, and quality. I know how good they are because I've been a local here for my entire life. I know they're a good shop BUT that being said, I know where their cons reside. Wait time. ESPECIALLY at night, is an insane wait time. 20+ minutes every time you get in the drive through. I don't know how fast it is inside because I never feel comfortable going inside with all the people just camping out around the establishment. I know some people have it rough and b&b is probably the only safe space they really have, so I have no issues with them being there. I personally just don't feel comfortable going inside when I'm already inside my car lol. Customer service. I bet it's very good when it's throughout the day BUT during the night? Forget about it. Especially if you get this person who wears a beanie and has roundish glasses with black frames and they might have a nose piercing. That person just genuinely doesn't care about your order. Keep in mind, I used to work at a fast food place and it was common sense to do the things that don't need to be warm, first. So my order was this (this is exactly word for word how I asked for it): plain croissant, cinnamon crumb donut, egg bacon ham cheese croissant, a matcha tea smoothie, and mango and peach smoothie. A few things about the order that I think yall should know about is that they didn't have a cream cheese croissant (which I wanted instead of a plain) and for some reason, gave me a separate mango and peach smoothie. I asked them to combine the flavors because they can do that, but that didn't happen. I asked them if he may heat up the croissant and donut so we can get it warm, they didn't. The best part of it all, they literally say under their breath, " fck it's cold" and STILL HANDS IT TO ME!?? Last thing, they hand me three drinks... THREEE LIKE BRO CMON I LITERALLY ASKED TO COMBINE THE MANGO AND PEACH AND HE DIDNT REJECT WHEN I ASKED IF ITS POSSIBLE. I left it be once I got three drink tho because I figured I'd leave a super detailed review about them instead. Last thing about them is they didn't confirm my order, didn't read it back to me, and just charged me and started working on it. It probably took 10-15 minutes to get my stuff. No wonder it was cold.. Quality. The egg bacon ham and cheese croissant was horrible. It wasn't even warm! Keep in mind I'm a big back and I never ever complain because I'm grateful for having food and being in an environment where I'm able to spend money on little things like this.. BUTTTT man this is the one time I'm for sure complaining. Plain croissant, not warm, hard and horrible. Cinnamon crumb donut, not warm, but it wasn't to bad but just not warm. And the quality of the customer service was just badddddd. I really hope they up their game, especially at night, because I've already been at other donut shops nearby and theyre delicious at night. Super fresh, we got there at 7am and there was already a few people waiting for their food. We order sausage croissant breakfast sandwiches and sugar twist donuts. I visited this shop for the first time today! I chose the donut holes priced at 12 for $2.50 and to get an iced Vietnamese coffee $4.75. Both items were a 10/10. The doughnuts still tasted very fresh for a middle of the day snack and the coffee was perfect addition. I would definitely come back and get the same combo! So they didn't have 12 ham and cheese croissants in the case so they had to box them from the back for me. No problem I expected to look like the same croissant that was shown. Visually these ham and cheese croissant from the back, did not look like the ham and cheese croissant that was in the case. Looks a bit flat.
