PK donuts has fresh and delicious donuts, along with other breakfast offerings like croissants and things. Today I saw they also sell conchas, yum, and while I didn't try it this time, I may grab some next time, they looked really good and were huge. I went in today around noon and it was empty, although I did see two people walking out as I was arriving. Service was polite and typical of a mom and pop donut shop. Family owned small business, best donut shop in Brea, and so many choices. I'm still coming to this location for the past 8+ years since moving to this city, and each time, new items, new holiday theme donuts, friendly staff, and best coffee. I would recommend coming here earlier if you want to buy for an office or party as choices can sell out because each donut is that good. Vietnamese coffee ready so quicky and made with full deliciousness. I love the toasty and flaky croissant. FYI, the smiley face donut I ate did not have a filling, but it was delicious. The chocolate twist was great, I am not sure what kind of dough they use but it tasted freaking good. My review is on the orange juice, it is freshly squeezed but it's not 100% juice because they add water to diluted and volume to the proportion of the cup. They shouldn't charge what they charge if they're diluting with water. The apple fritter is very good, not burnt it's soft and crunchy. Along with the breakfast sandwich; it was good. read more

We've been enjoying PK for several months & I'm barely getting around to writing a review now - sorry, PK! It's got the mom & pop donut shop vibe with great service. Their donuts are yummy, but we mainly come here for the breakfast sandwiches! It's a weekend treat we often indulge in... Sometimes we don't even get a donut because we'd rather fill up on their breakfast sandwiches: croissant, bagel, wheat/ white bread, sausage, ham, bacon, egg, cheese, avocado... so many choices. The only things I am not a fan of are their smoothies - you can taste the powder. I stick to their donut shop coffee options instead. read more

They get busy but they're pretty fast. The bagels and croissants are delicious. I find getting ham and bacon together is bit too salty. There's a lot of parking in the plaza and the inside it looks like a standard donut shop with some seating. read more

Love this place with all my heart! I've been coming here since I was 11 and haven't stopped the past 13 years. The workers are always so nice and quick to help. I've noticed making the bagels or sandwiches take a bit longer but they told me they prepare the bread there so it's understandable that it takes a bit longer. I brag about this donut place to any friends or family that are in the area. I've tried so many different donuts here and have not been disappointed. A bonus is the vanilla latte and Thai tea are really good. I've gone through different times throughout the day and even if the donuts aren't fresh, they taste fresh and never stale. A not so hidden gem and overall one of the best donuts I've had. I recommend the maple cronut and a chocolate cinnamon roll. They have a huge variety of donuts for you to choose from so it can be hard to decide cause they all look so good. The staff are always nice whenever I go in and it's just a great place to get a coffee and a donut. I would also recommend their breakfast sandwiches. 10/10 read more

But the defining feature is that their donuts are so soft and and light. Service was decent and place was small but clean. I guess it's inflation but a half dozen donuts now are over $10. I assumed that all local donut shops would be good so I decided to stop by to grab a quick snack. I'm a sucker for old fashioned donuts and this was very disappointing. It should have a slight crisp on the outside while remaining fluffy and moist on the inside. The one I got did not fulfill the criteria. It was too soft all around and had a weird taste - almost like an old pound cake. Maybe I just got a bad batch or picked the wrong choice of donuts but I really didn't like what I got. read more
